The large den leads out to the backyard with comfy furniture and BBQ. A beautiful home ! Decor , comfy couches , beds and linens. Everything you need to prepare meals Fenced yard was great ! The location is perfect for walks to the lagoon and beach .

Phenomenal place

Everything was clean. The beds were absolutely awesome soft. Shower water pressure was excellent. The place is close to everything. I had a last minute booking and had no trouble at all with communications. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was a good experience although the place was very nice although not the cleanest and a lot of personal items. Other than that it was a great stay!!

Future guests, please disregard this review as it is simply sour grapes from an 18 yr old renter who's friends destroyed my place and I reported it and her to VRBO, damage claim and a bad review. I have an age limit of 28 yrs of age if which VRBOs systems didn't protect me. Very disappointed.

I moved to New Smyrna looking for the small village feel and friendliness and to have close proximity to restaurants, shopping, fishing the beach ALL within 5-10mins. I FOUND IT ! New Smyrna and the location of my townhouse could not be better !

Why they chose this property

QUIET ! Nice and QUIET but close to everything to go have fun then return to PEACE and Quiet ! The local food is GREAT ! I have not been able to eat at all the restaurants because there are so many options. The beach is only a few blocks away; the lagoon is across the street, shopping and restaurants are blocks away as well. Flagler Ave is only a 5 min ride and downtown New Smyrna is only 10 mins. The National Park is just south of us (5 miles) and there is plenty of room to ride your bikes on the main beach roads.
