Lake Glenville is the cleanest and highest elevation east of the Mississippi (3,494 feet). Plenty of outdoor activities for fun seekers including hiking, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, boating, swimming, waterfalls and more!
Located in The Point gated neighborhood at Lake Glenville, the main level of our home has an open living area with stone fireplace, whitewashed ship lap, pine tongue and groove ceilings, generously equipped kitchen, large sectional sofa and dining table. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king size Tempur-Pedic bed, walk-in closet, view of the lake and tv. The second upstairs bedroom also offers a king size bed.
There is a large upper and lower deck furnished so that you can enjoy being outdoors in the fresh mountain air. The upper deck features a Blackstone grill and two tables for outdoor dining.
Downstairs, the master bedroom also features a king size Tempur-Pedic bed, tv and view of the lake. The second downstairs bedroom can sleep max of 6 -offers 2 twin size beds and 2 full beds (full size mattresses that could sleep 2 kids each). Also, downstairs, there is a media room with large sofa, 65" smart tv perfect for watching movies, air hockey table that converts into a mini ping pong table, darts and books and toys for kids. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Hot tub for relaxing with a gorgeous view of the lake.
The lower deck is furnished with an outdoor sofa and two swivel chairs, perfect for relaxing outside with a lake view!
ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA
The quaint towns of Cashiers (a 15 to 20 minute drive away) and Highlands (a 30 to 40 minute drive away) offer antiquing, coffee shops, farmer's markets, great restaurants and various boutiques for shopping. There are plenty of activities for kids and adults including hiking, white water rafting, golf, tennis, gem mining, horseback riding and more!
ACTIVITIES AT THE HOUSE
We supply a 1 person kayak, 2 person canoe, paddle board and kids kayak for your enjoyment. Please return to their proper places in the same condition as when you checked in. Swimming and fishingh from the dock!
Darts, air hockey, ping pong. Hot tubbing!
BOATING & DOCK
Our boat is docked and NOT available to rent but you can bring your own boat or rent one from Signal Ridge Marina, located on the lake. Just give us a 2 weeks notice so that we can relocate our boat so that you have the dock space. Please email your request as soon as you book.
RULES
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a number of year-round guests, we ask that you observe a "Good Neighbor Policy" by:
- No fireworks. Fireworks are not permitted.
- No smoking
- No pets
- QUIET TIME BEFORE 8AM AND AFTER 10PM.

Guest access
Private parking in driveway close to front door. Enough parking for 3 cars maximum. Gate code for neighborhood entry will be provided for access.
Other things to note
House is located in a somewhat remote mountain location at the end of a 5 minute one lane road with pull offs in case you meet another vehicle coming the other way.
The closest grocery store, Ingles, is located in Cashiers, 10 miles away.
We have high speed internet that is very reliable except during potential storms.
Cellular reception can be spotty in the mountains. Although most cell phone carriers get reception, we have a AT&T booster that will give you full bars throughout the house.
For our protection, we do have outdoor security cameras.
