Absolutely wonderful. We’re already looking at the calendar to see when we can return! Loved the well stocked kitchen & slept great in nice bed linens & mattress. Loved all the nice touches like special Molten & Brown soap, too. The artwork & decor was exquisite. Perched high above the lake, it was truly an ‘elevated’ experience all around!

This property was really a wonderful place the stay. The views are stunning, the kitchen is very well stocked, the furnishings are upscale and easy and the beds were so comfy. My close girlfriends and I loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

It was the perfect place to stay for our family of 5! The house was well stocked with everything and very clean! It was the perfect layout for a family with small kids and the bunk beds were a hit. The best part was the bedding and how comfortable all the beds were! We would absolutely visit this home again on our vacation to the mountains.

Everything was excellent on our second trip to the Nut House! We love sitting on the porch overlooking Lake Glenville, sipping coffee or eating a meal, or just reading a book! Everything we needed in this well appointed kitchen and house was easy to find and well stocked. The owners are a "message away" and extremely responsive (we had no issues at all, but they answered our questions promptly and made out stay very welcoming. The place was spotless! The location is exellent, sitting up high overlooking the lake. We found games and books and puzzles to keep us busy on the rainy days! This place is a favorite for sure!

Great get-away!

The cutest house with an amazing view! Very well appointed and clean, close to hiking trails and a short drive to the highlands for dinner. Quick to respond and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
