We absolutely loved renting to this group! They were clean, courteous, easy to communicate with, and respectful of our home. We would be happy to have them stay again at any home managed by Tower 17 Properties.
The view was amazing and host was great to communicate with. Some issues with insects in the house but place was clean. Great for adults who just needed a place to sleep and shower. Nice to also have beach chairs provided.
The view was amazing. I was able to see dolphins everyday from the comfort of the living room. The property manager was wonderful answering questions and assisting me immediately. A great stay!

We enjoyed our stay, even though the property had a few minor issues. The location was terrific, and the view from the property was beautiful. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The property manager, Branden, was excellent. This company goes above and beyond, accommodating every need. I recommend staying at any of the Tower 17 properties. We had a wonderful time.
Lovely little place right on the beach. Everything was clean and the management company communicated well.
The location in the listing places the property closer to downtown on the balboa peninsula. It is actually about a mile away from there. While this was a surprise, it was not an unpleasant surprise. All along the neighborhood was several nice playgrounds that our small children loved almost as much as the beach.
