The air conditioning has a 2h timer, in this case it can be used for 24h if necessary, but the air has to be reactivated every 3h.
The house is located in the Colorado in a quiet area and about 3KM from a small supermarket. It is completely walled and the entrance is through a large roller door. There is safe parking for 3 cars provided.
