Comfortably furnished villa with private pool in the pine-forest behind the Urb. Roche for 5 persons, with wifi Precious villa with private pool and garden.
On 90sqmtrs you have a bathroom, three bedrooms and a spacious living-room and kitchen. The whole plot has some 700sqmtr and is nicely arranged with the garden, porche, barbecue and the pool of at least 8 x 4 mtrs. The beds a generous with 150 x 190cm for the double and 4 single beds.
To the dream-beaches of Roche it is just 3-4KM = 4-5min by car. In Roche you also have restaurants and a few shops and supermarket. To Conil it is a short 6KM-drive.

Wir haben zwei ganz ...
Wir haben zwei ganz tolle Wochen im Casa Bartolo verbringen dürfen. Übergabe hat trotz Herausforderung mit Sprache unkompliziert geklappt. Auf ein Missgeschick mit dem Hausschlüssel unsererseits haben die Vermieter speditiv und mit Verständnis reagiert. Das Haus liegt in einer relativ einfachen Umgebung, jedoch gut abgeschirmt vom Wind. Strände sind 10-15min mit Auto entfernt. Supermarkt weniger als 10min. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, ideal v.a. für Ferien mit Kindern. Ausstattung in Küche eher dürftig, ist jedoch jammern auf hohen Niveau. Aus unserer Sicht eines der besten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis welches wir je gebucht haben.

Auszeit im Herbst
Die Unterkunft hat uns prima gefallen. Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet und besonders für Kinder ein Traum (Schaukel und Basketballkorb). Die Lage war für uns gut, da man das Meer und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto in 10 min erreichen konnte. Uns hat die etwas „abgelegenere Lage mit Abenteuerweg“ gut gefallen und wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Besonders die Kinder waren vom freundlichen Vermieter mehr als begeistert, da sie mit ihm die Hühner füttern durften und Orangen ernten durften. Die frischen Eier und Früchte durften wir sogar behalten. Der Vermieter kümmert sich sofort um alle Anliegen, hält den Pool und den Garten sauber und war sofort zur Stelle als der Sturm eine Palme umgerissen hat. Zur Freude der Kinder hat er ein Chamäleon gerettet und den Kindern gleich gezeigt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Hemos disfrutado la semana del dos al nueve de septiembre.La casa es muy acogedora,todo muy limpio: casa,toallas,camas etc.El recinto de la piscina,su mobiliario y el césped perfectos,un lugar muy tranquilo; Bartolo y Ana muy atentos y amables.Nos encantaría repetir.
