APARTMENT
Spacious 3 room apartment in Hamburg-Sasel for up to 6 people. The 70 m² furnished apartment has a beautiful light-flooded living room including a large dining table directly at the window as well as a comfortable couch set.
Bedroom 1 has two single beds, bedroom 2 a double bed. Bedroom 2 has NO WINDOW. In the living area you find an additional single bed and a sofa bed.
There is a small kitchenette and a full bath including a toilet and washbasin.
Apartment 50b can be booked in combination with apartment 50a. This way there is space for up to 10 people.

Schöne Wohnung mit schicker Architektur , aber mit vielen kleinen Mängeln

Großzügig, hell, sauber und pfiffig gestaltet. Viele kleine Mängel: - Haustür schließt nicht - Garderobe fehlt - rutschende und abgewohnte Teppichfliesen auf der Treppe - undichter Badewannenabfluss im Bad - Arbeitsplatte in der Küche gequollen - Geländer in der Küche entspricht nicht den Sicherheitsstandards - Rollos an den Dachfenstern defekt - Zu wenig Handtücher für eine Woche, wurden aber auf Wunsch nachgeliefert

Sehr heruntergekommene Ferienwohnung!

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in Poppenbüttel nicht sehr schön. Unser „Appartement“ war zwar halbwegs (!) sauber, aber insgesamt in einem katastrophal abgewohnten Zustand - und wir waren wirklich nicht anspruchsvoll. Die aufgeklebten Teppich-Treppenstufen fielen einem allesamt entgegen, offene Strombuchsen, raushängende Kabel… die Jalousien waren komplett nicht nutzbar und dazu verschimmelte Fensterrahmen. Abgesehen davon ist die Beschreibung ein Witz. Der eine Raum hat keine Fenster, ist dafür aber nicht komplett vom Wohnzimmer getrennt. Das heißt voller Licht- und Schalleinfall über die offene Decke. Unfassbar schlecht im Trockenbau konstruiert- Hauptsache ein Schlafzimmer mehr. Das war so leider für uns alles sehr schlecht nutzbar. Die Betten/Matratzen hatten den Namen kaum verdient. Vor allem das Klappsofa gehört schon seit Jahren auf den Sperrmüll. Eine bodenlose Frechheit, so etwas noch zu vermieten. Die Lage ist ok je nachdem was man möchte. Dank Google Maps weiß man ja vorher wo man landet. ;) Insgesamt überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert zumal auch die Kommunikation nicht gut lief. Man musste allem selbst hinterherrennen sonst gabs keine Infos zu Schlüsselübergabe oder Corona-Bestimmungen etc…. Achso: Die Parkplatz Situation vor Ort ist sehr unklar. Angeblich gehören Parkplätze hinter dem Haus zur Wohnung. Auf diese erhebt aber auch das Restaurant daneben Anspruch. Wir wurden weg gejagt… es gibt keine Schilder, wem da was gehört. Fazit: Hier wird mit minimalem Aufwand maximal Geld verdient weil man im Dunstkreis von Hamburg liegt. Um die Wohnung wenigstens akzeptabel zu machen, müssten da aber mal für 2-3 Tage die Handwerk rein - aber das dürfte dem Vermieter sicher zu teuer sein. Schade!
