We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, very nice, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the shower and having plenty of hot water. The location was also fantastic—within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants, a supermarket, and various stores. Everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location for cruising the North Shore and enjoying sites around 2Harbors. The accommodations were lovely - comfy couch and beds, spacious kitchen and nice spa bath!

Great rental! All rooms are on 1 level which was a nice surprise. Had everything we needed. Only 1 pot holder was the only thing that there could have been a few more of. The location was perfect!! The shower was amazing! The kitchen was so nice and updated and the dishwasher was so nice. I did message the host before arriving and never heard anything but we had everything we needed.

It was a nice stay after being 4 days off-the-grid. Well stocked bathroom and kitchen. The pizza across the street was delicious and it was just a short walk to Castle Danger brewery for some beverages.

My family and I had an amazing time. This home is nicely decorated with most amenities of home. If i had to make a suggestion it would be to have a second window AC unit in the living room. We will definitely be back.

Lovely historic home in the heart of Two Harbors. We lived the large kitchen and living area that had every amenity you could need. All 3 bedrooms were so cozy. The Northern lights decor was perfect in making it feel like home away from home. A must-do is breakfast just across the street at the Vanilla Bean. Amazing food and service!

This was our second stay at this VRBO. Lovely property in the heart of Two Harbors, conveniently located for our event. 3 bedrooms with generous beds, two queen-size and one king-size. Full kitchen and refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee station. On a busy street with lots of streetlights, so black out curtains throughout the property made for good sleeping. We had trouble with the electronic door lock on the front door, but I think it was user error. Eventually we got it to work with a little practice.

The place was enjoyable and comfortable. We had problem with the entry because the door knob itself was loose, but we were able to fix it. The only problem we had, and it was not serious, was working the televisions. There were 5 remotes in the living room but they were not labelled. Plus, I think the batteries might have been dead. We got the Roku remote to work in the living room, but could not alter the sound because the TV remote did not work. Same with the one bedroom. That being said, we would stay here again. It was quite but still close to everything.

The booking and check in process was very easy. The space is larger than the pictures show. Our one suggestion for improvement would be more fans for air circulation. We checked in on a VERY hot day and the coolest area of the house was the front bedroom that had a AC unit, the other rooms did not have a fan to move the air. Otherwise we had an enjoyable time, we traveled up the North Shore as we love to do and spent time in the evening in the unit relaxing, and playing games…it was overall a great space! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking and baking utensils for cooking

The place was nice and in a great location. Could use some more coffee mugs and some updates on some doors but nothing serious. It would also be nice to have a book there with details on checkout and some suggestions for restaurants etc.

Why they chose this property

This house and property are special to our community. It use to be referenced as the PK Anderson house. The home is over 100 years old and is an icon to our community. Centrally located in the heart of Two Harbors you are within walking distance of everything! Within 6 blocks you can be at the beach, breakwall, brewery, gift shops, and restaurants. Hop on the miles of walking and biking trails that circle our community or swing your clubs at the nearby golf course. With a short 30-minute car ride you will experience 4 state parks or head the other direction and enjoy all Duluth has to offer, settle back into the cozy Airbnb centrally located to everything!
