About this property

One Bedroom and One Full Bathroom with 2 AC Units. Sleeps Two With Comfort. This unit was 100% completely remodeled from the floor up in 2019. We do not allow pets at The Cottage.

My wife and I recently purchased this unit from the previous 5 Star owner Dave K. We will continue to provide exceptional service and do everything we can to make your vacation wonderful!

The Siesta Key Beach Cottage is located right on Beach Rd directly across the street from the #1
Beach in the USA. Walk out the front door and walk across the street to beach access #7 and
you are on the white powder Beach of Siesta Key.

If you are looking for some lunch after a day at the beach, walk out the front door of The Siesta Key
Beach Cottage and head around the corner up to the Village. There you will find any type of food
you can imagine. If the sun has made you thirsty there are plenty of options to grab your favorite
cocktail while listening to live music while sitting outside.

Take the beach cruiser bikes provided at the Beach Cottage and bike down to the north end of
the beach. There you will reach an old concrete pier you can walk out on and watch sunset.
Beach Cruisers are the best way to get around. Park the car and throw away the keys. Walk or
bike around the Key......…leave the car at the Beach Cottage!!!!

There are some chairs and lounge chairs on the patio.

There is an outdoor shower to rinse off any sand from the beach before entering the unit.

All kitchen appliances are new, granite counter top is new. Bathroom has
new tile floor, new enclosed glass shower with new tile wall and floor, and new sink. The walls
and ceiling are new pine through out the whole cottage. Crate and Barrel queen bed and
mattress. Flat screen TV's are new. This Beach Cottage is basically brand new but the nautical
decor and design has a beachy laid back feeling to it.

This is not a condo.

..it is a Beach Cottage….

You will not find a cooler place on the Key to enjoy your vacation.

Perfect for R&R

We absolutely fell in love with this cute cottage. We loved the location since it was close to the beach and walking distance to the village! Our “private” area was a blessing. My daughter also fell in love with your couch - if she could have brought it home she would. It just met all our needs of the much needed R & R.

Cute Clean Wonderful!

My husband and have stayed in several different cottages in the Siesta Key area over the past few years and none even come close to the cuteness and cleanliness of #14. So many thoughtful touches and so well appointed. Immaculately clean and great location. Would not hesitate to stay there again and hope we do!

We invite you to come and enjoy our slice of paradise. We met in college some 30 years ago and always knew we would end up near the beach. My wife and I have always had a passionate connection to the ocean. The water is always great for the soul and plays a major part in ones relaxation while on vacation. Mountain trips are great but nothing comes close to a sunset on the beach.

What makes this property unique

Private parking on site,walk across the street to Siesta Beach! A short 5 min walk to The Village that is filled with shopping, food, drinks, coffee bars and more. This is not a typical Florida beach condo. No elevators, you are not sharing the complex with 1,000 other people or fighting for a parking spot. Dedicated parking, ground floor entry, private patio and fully renovated. This will truly feel like a home away from home. With 2 AC units you will always be comfortable on your vacation.
