Charming vacation home on a very spacious plot
In the middle of a nearly 2 hectare property lies Le Vallon. A simple but very charming holiday home. Up to 60 cm thick walls keep in summer the three bedrooms and the other living rooms pleasantly cool.
A kitchen with dining table for 4-6 people and the large living room form the center of the house. On two terraces it lives in the summer under the Provençal sun.
If you are looking for opulent luxury and bustle is wrong here - but if you are looking for a unique house to relax and explore the hinterland of the Cote d'Azur, they are right.
The house is located in the plain below Callian about 1 KM off the main road.

ein stimmungsvolles Haus in einem sooooo grossen Garten-Park-Feld-Wald mit vielen Verweilmöglichkeiten ist sehr erholend. Zudem ist alles praktisch eingerichtet, und die Vermieter sind sehr hilfreich.
