Welcome to Posada your holiday home!

The house is located in Posada, a town in northeastern Sardinia in the province of Nuoro.
Posada is situated on a fortified hill. Below the famous castle, "Castello della Fava", dating back to the 12th century. Century ago, the old houses, a small town with 8 km beach with its sandbanks and dunes, fine sand and crystal clear sea.

The house is only 1000 meters from the sea and the beach of "Su Tiriarzu" (Guida Blu 2013: "most beautiful beach in Italy") can be reached in 8 minutes on foot (there is a bike path) or by car (2 minutes).

The house is equipped with every comfort: washing machine, fridge, freezer, TV, stove, sofa, terrace overlooking the sea for al fresco dining and so on. Renovated in traditional Sardinian style, holiday oasis on two levels. The holiday home offers on the ground floor a comfortable bedroom with two single beds and a double bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, the house offers a cozy kitchen with terrace overlooking the sea to relax and enjoy the pure and clean air of Sardinia.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the beaches, supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, bakery and so on.

Un lieu agréable pour séjourner et explorer les environs
Sara est une hôte très aimable et nous avons eu de bons échanges avec elle. Le logement est confortable même s'il y aurait des petits points à améliorer. Bien préciser que l'on ne peut accéder au logement en voiture, car il se situe dans les ruelles piétonnes. Il faut trouver une place à proximité, avant la petite place, emplacement de parking non payant. Et en cas d'animation en soirée, souvent en été, sur cette place, la rue principale n'est pas accessible, il faut donc se garer plus loin. Les plages à proximité, sont agréables, avec un parking payant. Le village perché est très mignon, avec une très belle vue du haut du château médiéval.
