About this property

Haus Sonnenschein in Überlingen with a view of Lake Constance and the mountains.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house "Sunshine" with an attractive south-facing slope with a view of the large terrace and a small view of the lake.
On an area of 75 square meters there is the spacious kitchen with dining area, the living room, a large bedroom - each with a terrace with garden view - and in the rear area a small bedroom and shower room with toilet.
In the living room, a convertible sofa (1.60 m) provides additional sleeping space.

Both apartments of our house are equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, satellite, WiFi connection.
Children and pets are welcome. Pets only allowed in the ground floor apartment.
Garden use and barbecue facilities available.

There are plenty of exercise opportunities for your children and your dog.

Tolle Unterkunft mit „Familienanschluss“

Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ruhig etwas oberhalb vom Bodensee. Der Ort ist fussläufig bequem zu erreichen. Frau Lenz und ihr Mann sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die einem mit Insidertipps oder auch mit einem kurzen netten Gespräch den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und interessant machen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Urlaub Überlingen im Herbst

Eine sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung, wir sind sehr zufrieden. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass die Wohnung zwar im Erdgeschoss ist, aber bis dorthin sind es etliche Stufen den Hang hoch.

Super Lage

Überlingen an sich ist ein sehr familienfreundliche Stadt und gerade für Familien am Bodensee sehr zu empfehlen. Alle Ausflugsziele sind in kürze mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad super zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
