Gute Lage, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage des Objektes ist direkt am Rhein schön gelegen. Das Haus selbst macht von außen einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat uns persönlich leider gar nicht gefallen und war ein einigen Stellen auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen oder beschädigt (Sofa, Wände). Da es ein sehr altes Haus war, roch es leider auch etwas.

Liebe Gäste, erst einmal danke sehr für Ihr Statement. Auch wir hatten die Beschädigung an manchen Stellen unseres großen Sofas bereits festgestellt und ein neues Sofa wurde zu Ihrer Buchungszeit auch bereits bestellt. Leider haben uns die Gäste (Handwerker), die vor Ihnen die Wohnung bewohnten das Sofa mit vermutlich spitzen Gegenständen in der Arbeitshose beschädigt und wir konnten ein neues Sofa so fix nicht erhalten. Das es schon einmal zu, wie Sie schreiben, leichten Nebengerüchen kommen kann , bitten wir zu entschuldigen. Es gibt im Haus 5 Ferienwohnungen und wenn dann gekocht wird, gibt es sicherlich einmal diese Situation von Kochgerüchen, worauf wir leider keinen Einfluss haben. Zwischenzeitlich ist das Sofa aber bereits gegen ein neues Sofa ausgetauscht.
