The actual cabin was great. The fire pit area was nice and came with wood! It should be know that “minutes from town” was 20-30 mins. There are many gas stations and dollar general’s within the stretch to town. I was unaware there would be a dozen motor homes/campers within 20 feet of the back deck. We live in the middle of nowhere Michigan where we don’t hear dogs barking or people talking… we had a great time but it wasn’t nearly as private as I would have liked.

It was perfect. Only complaint was it definitely needs updated kitchenware (pots, pans etc) and a new shower curtain that doesn’t blow around. Minor issues and we just dealt with them instead of worrying the owners with such minorities. The rocks surrounding the cabin was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. The creek behind the cabin was peaceful.
