Relax in a serene and spacious condo at Litchfield Beach. Walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store, and pharmacy. Five star restaurants specializing in fresh seafood just a few miles away on Pawleys Island. 10 minutes to Beach bars and nightly live music at Murrells Inlet’s boardwalk. 13 miles of bike trails, 2 pools, playground, children’s pools and lazy river. Private gated community with tennis and pickleball courts, walking trails, and a parking lot right next to the white sandy beach. Sun sail shaded Sundeck with poly wood rocking and lounge chairs overlooking the ocean. Quiet and safe seaside community with on site restaurant/bar, ice cream shop, Starbucks, full service bike rental shop as well as 13 miles of bike trails from Litchfield by the Sea to Murrells Inlet. Huntington Beach State Park and Brookfield Gardens are two stops along the bike trail. Historic Georgetown, with riverfront restaurants, ann open air brewery, and boats to take you to nearby islands is just 10 minutes to the south. A YMCA, pickleball club, and 8 golf courses are just minutes away. Myrtle beach is 45 minutes north and Charleston is 90 minutes south. My personal favorite places are the croissant doughnuts at Parlor Doughnuts and the cottage boutiques in the Hammock Shops on Pawleys!
