Paget 403 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium. Nicely furnished and decorated throughout, including a comfortably furnished balcony. The balcony has a wide view over the clubhouse and cabana to the beach and ocean. Located near the tennis courts, Somerset swimming pools and hot tubs. The remodeled master bath features a walk-in shower with seamless glass enclosure. The other two bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The dining table has seating for 4. Amenities Include: Cable TVs, DVD, and Internet, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer. This unit has a reserved, covered parking space conveniently located near the elevator.

1 covered assigned parking and unassigned guest spots around the building.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

Lovely vacation at Litchfield by the sea

Love being on the ocean. We rented a 3-bedroom condo and it was comfortable and nicely decorated.

Another great stay at Litchfield by the Sea

We have come to Litchfield for years and have always enjoyed staying at on of the condos in the Sommerset group!! Unfortunately all oceanfront condos were booked but we still enjoyed Pagent with easy beach access and big CLEAN, beautifully decorated accommodations . Will stay there again!

Bad weather but a great place

Nice comfortable unit with beautiful views and it was convenient to everything. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Very clean and comfortable, steps from the beach

Very close to the beach! Sparking clean! Very comfortable. We had to pick up keys to check in, but the office was only a couple of minutes from the property and very quick and friendly. The rental company was wonderful.

Great location and super clean!

Great property. Short walk to the beach. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Clean. No grill to use.

Fall Break 2021

We absolutely love this area for Fall Break each year. Litchfield by the Sea never disappoints as a base of operations. Dieter is always easy to work with. Can’t wait til next year!

Best if sad situation

Due to a death in the family I was unable to make the trip, however, my 2 daughters took advantage of the rental and loved the condo! Indoor parking convenient to elevator as was the condo. Place reported to be immaculate and have everything advertised PLUS. Look forward to being able to take advantage of this place myself.

Family Time

Our family of 6 had a great and relaxing time. Only negative was pools were closed, but no fault of renting group. Beach, bike rides and great balcony- made for a memorable family week!
