Quick Getaway

This home was clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. The beds were comfortable and the home had a generous amount of seating options inside and out. As for the resort, it is beautiful with paths for walking or riding bikes and has a very nice beach club with bathrooms and lots of deck space. We will return.

Short Getaway

A lovely Marsh Hawk condo that has been lovingly cared for. Litchfield By The Sea seems to be suffering from a lack of care these past 6 years since we’ve been. The gatehouse is shabby and attended by those are not well-trained or interested. The grounds and buildings need attention. Our condo was fabulous and fun! Lots of great kitchen items and easy to feel comfortable.

While I appreciate the excellent review of my condo, I must say that I do not have any responsibility for the friendliness of the guard gate staff or the attention paid to the grounds. Most guests find Litchfield by the Sea to be meticulously cared for. Also, your rating should have been on my condo only, not the things I have no control over…like employees’ attitudes. My average rating score decreased because of your opinion of the LBTS community.
