**Rita's Lakehouse** on Lanan Enjoy Fishing & Relax with TV * Internet * 3 Bedrooms *2 Baths * lots of Decks located close to Toledo Town.
You have three bedrooms and two baths. Master Bedroom is downstairs and has a King bed. Bedrooms two and three are upstairs and has queen beds. Lots of deck area to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cookouts. Open Living, Dinning and Kitchen. The whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
Rita’s Place will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
Rita’s Place is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
By your confirmation, guests booking Rita’s Place are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.

Weekend on thr Bend

Such a neat and comfy cabin. Beautiful location. All the essentials were there. Had such a wonderful time even though fish didn't cooperate it mattered not. We enjoyed our family time and will do it again.

Nice get away

We enjoyed our stay, however the outside could be better maintained. The patio furniture we could not use because it was mildewed and dirty. Fishing dock was really nice and large enough for everyone. Short ride to grocery and gas stations.
