Save this listing for your next beach getaway! Island Time is within walking distance of the beach! The shared pool is steps away from the door and heated in winter months!! Beautifully decorated to enhance the already great beach theme provided by the whitewashed wood throughout the house keeps every room bright and inviting! The house has been stocked top to bottom for guest convenience, every accommodation guests expect and some that are just great extras.
Guest will receive detailed communication after booking including directions, digital manual, and recommendations. We also utilize a smart lock with automated codes, but we have great local maintenance staff and cleaners who can assist should anything come up! All communication should stay in the Airbnb messaging feature before and during stay
We are right on eleventh street. less than half a mile from a beach access and an easy golf cart ride to downtown Port Aransas the other beach entrances. You can walk to the beach easily but if you are going to stay for a bit and take coolers, umbrellas, etc we suggest a vehicle/ golf cart.
The entire townhouse is yours! Be mindful as mentioned above the pool is shared with the surrounding townhouses.
This 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom house has everything guests will need during their stay. The kitchen is overstocked with all the cooking utensils and serving supplies you will need. The overstuffed sofa in the downstairs living room is the perfect place to snuggle in for movies or game night after a long day exploring. The primary suite is located on the main level and has a king bed, tons of space, and a large closet!

On the second floor there is an additional sitting room stocked with board games, a DVD player, and a variety DVD's. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs, the second bedroom also boasts a king bed and private bathroom! The bunkroom adds 4 more beds, one that is full size... All the beds in the house are memory foam mattresses, overstuffed pillows, and guaranteed to provide a great nights sleep for everyone!

My kids asked to come back

Property management was very responsive, even at 9pm. The rental was very clean and was perfect for our little family.

Spring get away

The kids loves the heated pool it was right outside our doors. The beach was just a few minutes away. We rented a golf cart had three parking spots. The place was warm and inviting, beds were soft and comfy. Will definitely stay again if available for our future trips.

Spring Break Stay

If you misread the amenities listed like I did, you should know the small pool is SHARED with 3 other units. Its heated, which was nice, but we had issues with noisy teenagers in the pool area, some of them jumping off the neighboring units' roof into a 5' pool. The unit itself was nice and comfortable. 3 br, 3bath. Small kitchen...more than 2 and its crowded. Baking pans were awfully rusted and need replacing. Neighbors took our outdoor chairs, and our bbq pit was too dirty to use. The communication with the unit manager was spot on though. They were Very responsive, which is the reason why I'm giving this a 5-star and not a 4.

Amazing

House was great. I had thought there was a private pool, but after we got checked in noticed it shared with the other 2 that shared the patio. Neighbors with kids walked in didn’t know that it shared with another that didn’t share the patio. That was our only complaint. People of Port A are absolutely the best.

Loved the stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. They were very accommodating and solved any concerns that came up quickly. We had a blast in the pool and slept cozy in the beds.
