My primary goal is to make sure you have a great nights sleep. All beds have a memory foam mattress and the queen bed has an adjustable bed frame that includes a message feature..
This property is located in a good neighborhood and has a little view of the mountains. A private backyard allows you to bbq on the provided grill/smoker and play some cornhole on the lawn.
High speed internet on a secured private network will keep you connected.

This was the perfect property for a family with children. The accomodation was great, well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable plus extras to entertain the family and kids. Would absoulty, 100% would stay here again and the master bed was amazing.

We had everything we needed and more when we stayed here. The just thought of everything we would need for 4 days while we moved my daughter into her dorm all the way across the map. Lots of extra toilet paper, plenty of extra towels, pillows, and covers. The back yard was gorgeous including a fresh raspberry bush.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. There are activities both inside and outside on the property. Love the laundry setup and the beds were comfortable. They have many things that are set up to help families who come to stay such as a baby bathtub and a pack’n’play. Be aware that there are a few steps up to the porch before being able to get into the location and that the only bathroom is upstairs. So if you have heavy luggage, are elderly and/or have trouble with stairs, keep this in mind. This was a great location within the city, located close to the city bus stop and many amenities. It suited us well!

Conveniently located near airport in Anchorage. A cozy duplex with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Tidy back yard. Kids loved the board games. Matthew, our host, was kind enough to make sure there were a few items for breakfast, as our flight arrived very late at night. We really appreciated that. Kitchen fully equipped. Any communication was promptly answered. The perfect vacation home to begin our Alaska holiday!

The property is old and worn. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned and updated. The kitchen drawers are grimy and gross. The doors, trim and cabinets are very old. The bathtub part to convert to a shower was broken so we were unable to shower which was a big challenge for washing my hair and as an older person it was an unwelcomed challenge. The drain was disgusting when I used a flashlight to check it since I was down low to use the tub faucet. The size was fine for the three of us. The TV didn't get reception half of the time we were there. With the cost of Uber and Lyft, it would have been much better to pay the price for a hotel and be able to walk to restaurants, tours and other things downtown. Communication with the host was good until I asked for a partial refund due to our issues. I haven't gotten a reply yet.
