Looking to be close to the action in Pigeon Forge? Sweet Starlene is centrally located a half mile off the Parkway, plenty of fun without the long drive.
Relax on the front yard porch swing or sip your morning coffee on the second floor porch with the early morning fresh air.
After a packed day sight-seeing, enjoy a home-cooked meal on the screened-in porch. Step outside before bed to catch a glimpse of the Dollywood fireworks! This two story home will give you plenty of space to unwind.
The main entrance of this home opens into a spacious living room adorned with everything music. Rock out to the jukebox, play a tune on the piano or jam on the guitar. Also in the living room is a comfortable queen size pull out couch and TV area with a smart TV and DVD player. Enter the dining room with seating for 6 people. The kitchen is well-equipped so you can enjoy home-cooked meals, with a breakfast nook with seating for 2. There is also a spacious laundry room off the kitchen and a screened-in porch with a table for outdoor dining. On the first floor, you will also have 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Go up the steps to an additional full bathroom and the master bedroom with King bed, reading nook, electric fireplace, smart TV, and balcony overlooking the front yard.
The front yard is equipped with a grill, porch swing and seating to enjoy the fresh air. There is also a private fenced-in back yard.
You will have the entire home and private fenced in backyard to yourself.
This house has 3 steps to enter. Please note one bedroom and one bathroom are up a flight of steps (13 steps) on the second floor.
This home features a circular driveway with plenty of parking.

Richard and Jessica are pleased to offer vacation home stays to guests in the Smoky Mountains. Prior to hosting vacation rentals, Jessica owned a bustling Pilates studio at the Jersey Shore. Richard is a professional violinist in The Philadelphia Orchestra. Richard and Jessica reside in Florida with their daughters and puggles.
Why they chose this property
Sweet Starlene is the first property Richard stayed in during his first trip ever to the Smoky Mountains! While staying at the property, we got to know Steve and Darlene, the previous owner/hosts and developed a fondness for both of them. When the opportunity arose to purchase Sweet Starlene, we were thrilled to buy this very special house and continue the tradition hosting guests here on their Pigeon Forge vacations. Steve and Darlene put so much heart and soul into making this house special for their guests. When they passed the torch to us, we named this house "Sweet Starlene" after them.

Sweet Starlene is located half a mile from the parkway with many restaurants and shopping located within a 5 minute drive. This home is located 7 miles (21 minute drive) to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
