The bright and airy living area features large windows that fill the space with natural light. Step out onto the private patio, where you'll find stunning mountain views and the tranquility of a small, serene lake—the perfect ambiance for your morning coffee or an evening beverage.

This home features three comfortable bedrooms:

* Primary Bedroom: A spacious room with a King bed, a TV, and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a separate bathtub and shower.

* Second Bedroom: Features a cozy Queen bed and a TV.

Super comfy stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert in this rental. It was very comfortable with spacious rooms for me, my husband, and our two adult (23 & 21) children. There was plenty of room for everyone on the large sectional sofa, and the generous seating in the outdoor space offered everyone the opportunity to enjoy being outside together. I will definitely stay here again when I visit the desert!

Very disappointed with this property. There was a whole host of issues upon check in, including: Microwave did not work upon arrival, the garage was absolutely filthy, the umbrella on the back patio was not working - we had to shove a diaper we found in the condo into the opening so that we could somewhat rig an umbrella for sun coverage, there was a constant leak on the back patio, the closet rod in the guest bedroom was broken, some of the pillows were dirty and there were pillowcases and sheets with holes in them, 3 kitchen table chairs had broken legs, there were broken shutters throughout the condo, 9 lightbulbs were burned out, and the picture on the VRBO website of the "pond" behind the house was a complete misrepresentation of what it actually looks like. It was puddle of disgusting mud. While I realize this is out of the owners control, the picture should have been updated to represent what the view is. In talking to multiple neighbors, they said it has been a gross mess for over a year . We stay in multiple VRBO’s each year and have never had such issues with a property. We brought these issues to the attention to the property manager, who fixed the items above that he could. There was no reason that it took us as renters to bring this to the attention of the property manager - this should have been fixed prior to check in. It is very apparent the owners do not have any pride in this condo.

Hi Lisa, thank you for the very detailed and grossly false review. Rather than refute each of these points, I would rather point out a few more general things. First being that at the very beginning of your stay you were offered a full refund if you felt the home was inadequate or if you preferred to stay somewhere else to which you declined. Then at the end of your 2 month stay asked for a substantial refund and leveraged a bad review to which we declined. Most importantly, we have many guests that come through across many different platforms that all love the home and many come back again and again, you are the outlier which speaks for itself. I would recommend to you that maybe next time you stay in a hotel.
