My friends and I stayed here and had a wonderful time exploring Charlotte for the weekend. The house was immaculate, spacious, and beautiful. The backyard fire pit was our favorite spot to unwind. We would highly recommend Lance's house, and I hope to visit again!
Loved the location of this property! Listing was as described and felt clean. Towels were very nice. A bit of noise as the home is close to a commercial area and busy road but not a big deal. Owner was very kind to let us check in early. Overall we had a great stay and would rent again!
This house was perfect for us while visiting Charlotte for our son's wedding. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was so quiet. So many things close by. Loved it!
Great location in Eastover, walking distance to great coffee shop and shops. House was clean and functional. It has a "bachelor pad" feel - leather couches, wide screen tv's in every room, men's dial shampoo/body wash in bathrooms, random stuff in kitchen drawers - but it worked fine for our needs. Comfy beds. Owner was easy to reach during our stay.
Great house and excellent communication with owner. We had an emergency come up and asked to arrive earlier than expected and since the house was available, the owner made it work! Roomy and confirmed in wonderful neighborhood.
Highlights - beautiful home- nice beds- AC & fans- very clean- lots of TVsIssues-upstairs shower only has cold water-stove knobs are broken -outside fireplace & lights are not hooked up.
We were in town for a wedding and had a full 9 adults staying for several nights. Overall the house is nice with an outside covered area and gas fireplace. We had evening wedding plans but had breakfast and lunch in the house. The manager was responsive and gave extra towels and silverware for our large group.

No Help During Hurricane
Renters beware! There are several reasons this place should be flagged.
1. All of the windows are painted shut, which is a fire safety issue. We lost power for 2 days during Hurricane Helene, and I realized all of the windows were painted shut when we tried to get some relief in the heat for my newborn. I soon realized we would not be able to safely escape should there be a fire. Major issue!
2. We lost power for 2 days during Hurricane Helene. While there is not much the owner can do to restore the power, their lack of concern or effort in bringing any level of comfort to their renters was a major concern. The owner did not reach out and did not respond to our messages for 6 hours. While I can understand if there was an issue on their end, Lance simply said he wasn’t getting notifications on the app and explained he had to open the app to see messages - zero urgency in checking on their renters.
3. We left a bar of silver in the kitchen. It wasn’t until 9pm (we checked out at 8:30am) that we realized it was missing. We reached out about it, and Lance informed me at that point it had been moved next to the front door. So, the owner knew this valuable item had been left and yet did not reach out to notify us the item had been found. If we hadn’t of realized it, they would have clearly just kept it.
Would not recommend this place. Unsafe. Lacking of support in emergency situations. And seems to have zero interest in returning valuables.
This property was exactly as it stated. It was clean with very comfortable beds. Nice neighborhood. Check in process was smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again.
We converged on Charlotte so my son, girlfriend and I could babysit while my daughter and husband could attend a wedding. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet since the house is next door to a Salon and off a main street. The neighborhood is nice and in a good area. Lots of stores, restaurants and good size park with great children's playground - all within walking distance of the house. The house was perfect for our needs. It had enough bedrooms for all and we ended up with a unused bedroom. It has 2 full bathrooms and 1 small room with a toilet so no one had to wait. The bathrooms had nice fluffy towels and hair dryers. Huge kitchen with two large tables with one overlooking a huge yard. The kitchen had sufficient plates, pots, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. All the appliances worked well including the washer/dryer (had small baskets with detergent, softener, etc. already available). Good size living room with a bedroom off to one side and on the other side of the living room was a den and another bedroom. Flat screen TVs everywhere - this worked well for us because one afternoon, some of the group watched football in the den, the others chill out in the living room while one child napped upstairs and the other watched TV in the upstairs bedroom. Upstairs is two large bedrooms and full bathroom. We loved that they kept the historical touches e.g. crown molding, original doors, etc. The backyard had a wonderful patio with pergola containing nice table (with firepit) and chairs. Off to the side was a BBQ that already had all the BBQ utensils set out for us The wifi worked really well as did the Air conditioning. Drive way could hold 2-3 cars and available street parking. We would stay here again if we were in the area.
