Our family of 17 stayed at Big Top Villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The place is much bigger than the photos which allowed us to have a great deal of space for fun and relaxation. The hosts also provided clear instructions and were responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend, our entire family was impressed!

I 100 percent recommend staying at this beautiful home.

The home was fully stocked with everything you could need toiletries to kitchen and laundry supplies. The host are very friendly and always helped however they could. Well worth our money spent. Plenty to do and very convenient to Theme parks. Thank you to Jake and Erin for a lovely stay in their beautiful home!!!

This place was disappointing - theater room is filled with broken seats accept for one, not enough towels or kitchen items for large groups, the movie screen and electrical setup for the screen that is on the pool deck is unsafe- extension cords and water definitely unsafe combination. The sofas were not in good condition, they are broken and ready for the curb on trash day. I will say the host was good with communication and was responsive to correct 2 issues we reported which was a very dirty grill with no grillbrush (he sent a new grill which was a regular propane grill to replace the flat top pictured in the listing which we were planning on using) and host was quick to send a set of pots after I reached out when I couldn’t even prepare a simple spaghetti dinner for 5 family members who arrived ahead of our large group. Bed in master is extremely low to the ground- very similar to an air mattress but not as comfortable. There were no instructions for pool ligjts, theater room, or outside movie screen. Also beware if taking an Uber or getting food deliveries - Had to meet Uber at the gate because there are two entrances and he could not get in the gate. We have stayed in various vacation rentals on many occasions and even returned to a couple of them. Bases on this stay I would not recommend this one, and would not stay again. After checkout i communicated all of the above to the host,he appreciated the feedback -would use it to improve. -not even an apology
