NE Philadelphia Relaxed Apt near Pennypack Park
Your private space is home away from home. Washer and dryer included and your own parking space right infront of your door (only 1 parking spot available) There are no steps to get into your Apt. and it’s a private entrance located in the back of the property. You can drive or walk through the long driveway in back of the property. There’s no need to walk from the front. The door is a black security door 3rd house from the street! For additional parking you can park on the side street on Woodward St.
The space very comfortable and a safe place located in Penny Pack side of North East. Close to the beautiful Penny Pack Park and near the North East shopping mall and various Restaurants in walking distance. Public transportation is just 6min walking distance straight down the street from the house. 15-20min from downtown Philadelphia.
