This adorable, recently remodeled, art inspired studio with King bed, rain head shower and separate living area is just 2 blocks from the heart of Fredericksburg shopping and dining. Wine tasting maybe? Climb Enchanted Rock, shopping? Afterward, come back and relax in your private hot tub. Did we mention the location? The Space:
This historic home has been recently remodeled into 3 studio style suites to accommodate individuals looking for an affordable place to stay that is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and festivals. All suites have a private hot tub and private entrance. Please note that there are separate suites on the property that might be occupied during your visit. Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation!
- Mini Fridge, Microwave and coffee maker, coffee cups and wine glasses provided!
*Bottled water is NOT provided

Studio #1 is in the front of the home with access to private parking, private hot tub area and has private entrance.

Located in downtown area. Walking distance to the heart of Fredericksburg but still located in a residential neighborhood.
Getting Around:
You are a very short walk to Main Street! If you would like to visit the wineries, we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
