The Space:

Beautiful guest cabin located outside Fredericksburg area on 10 acres with a beautiful hot tub and outdoor shower. The cabin has an open concept and is approximately 500 sqft.



- Sleeps 2 adults

- 1 King bed

- Full bathroom with stand-in shower (no bathtub)

- Kitchenette that includes small oven/stove, fridge, microwave, regular coffee maker (coffee, cream and sugar are provided)

- Living room offers a Smart TV (no cable) and Ambiance fireplace

- BBQ grill available (please BYO Charcoal)

- Outdoor Wood-burning fire pit (please BYO firewood)

- Private Hot tub and outdoor shower!



BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Friday, August 21, 2026 at 9:15 am.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!



- Please note: The pond is located on the other side of a fence that is not accessible to guests and has never been advertised as an amenity for guests. Due to the persistent drought conditions in Texas, the pond has now completely dried up, rendering it no longer visible from the cabin. Photos of pond views have been removed.



- Please absolutely NO walking past the wire fence. Please DO NOT touch or feed the donkey's. If you would like to know, the donkey's names are Coco and Hershey. Newly added 2 longhorns; the mom and baby! We hope you enjoy seeing them roam around.



- Please know the owner's house is about 70 feet away from the cabin. However, we'd like to clarify that the owners have taken steps to ensure guest privacy. A privacy fence (8 ft tall) has been thoughtfully erected between the cabin and the owner's residence, creating a clear boundary. From the cabin, you cannot see the owner's house, and vice versa, owners cannot see the cabin from their backyard. The only time guests come into view of the front house is when entering through the front gate.



- The entire neighborhood operates on well water, which unfortunately is something we cannot control as all homes in the area are on the same system.

Guest have access to the entire cabin, outdoor shower and hot tub.

This beautiful guest cabin is located on 10 acres inside a ranchette subdivision outside Fredericksburg area.

This property is just 15 minutes from downtown area but we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!



Other Things to Note:

- No pets allowed

- Not suitable for children/infants, adults only

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

- No Smoking Allowed!

Had such a wonderful weekend over the 4th of July. The cabin was nice and cozy and the outside patio was amazing. Got a chance to unplug, relax and stare out at the night sky under the stars. Will be coming back!

Birthday getaway

Great time at this cabin. The drive to town was not very far & the donkeys on the property were so fun to watch. Having the hot tub was wonderful after a long day hanging out shopping & wining.

The cabin was as good as the pictures. It was a quiet retreat, but close enough to Fredericksburg to enjoy some awesome food and shopping.

The cabin was great! Air conditioner and fans kept the place cool for the hot weather. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Liked the layout of the cabin and everything worked well. Liked that we could lay in bed and watch TV.Was expecting more privacy. Yes, there is an eight foot wall between the home place on the property but, the neighbors house is around 30 feet away. Another wall needs to be built between the Paradise Cabin and the neighbors for a more private get-away.Hot tub was great, but only one end of the hot tub jets were working. We did enjoy the scenery with the longhorns, donkeys and other wildlife that came by while we were in the hot tub.Host was great. No problems checking in or out. All information was precise.Thank you,The Boyd's

While there is an 8-foot privacy fence between the cabin and the homeowners house on the property, the neighboring property behind the cabin is separated by wire fencing. We understand your suggestion for additional privacy screening and will be happy to pass that feedback along to the owners for consideration. Regarding the hot tub jets, they are designed to operate on either the left side or the right side, depending on the setting selected with the control knob on the hot tub. All four jets are not intended to run simultaneously, so what you experienced is normal operation for that particular system. We're delighted you enjoyed watching the longhorns, donkeys, and local wildlife during your stay. Private cabin

We enjoyed our stay and the cabin was cozy and clean and perfect for our Fredericksburg shopping. We brought breakfast food to cook to start the morning sitting on the porch, watching the deer. We grilled steaks one night and sat under the stars.

Comfortable, Relaxing, and Clean!

Excellent all around! Every detail was considered, from the layout of the space to the daily comfort & supplies. Private spot in the hill country. Comfortable bed! Listen to nature & enjoy the stars from the hot tub or the porch. If you're lucky, catch glimpse of donkeys or longhorns while drinking your coffee. Easy drive to Main Street & Wineries. Highly recommend!

Quaint

The cabin was very neat and clean. We did however cut our trip short a night due to the bed being a little too hard for our liking. My only suggestions would be a softer bed and somewhere to unpack and organize your clothes. Other than that, we loved waking up seeing the deer and just the overall view of the place.

Very quiet

Overall very happy, nice quite, out of the way. But close enough to enjoy Fredericksburg. Hot tub has a set of jets that dont work but we still enjoyed the ones that did. Plus i enjoyed soaking in it as i cant do so in a normal tub at home, sounds small but it is a big deal for me. Overall very happy stay.

Absolutely loved staying here! A quiet and beautiful cabin with the deer, cattle and donkeys to observe. We were truly able to kick back and relax! Excellent communication with the property managers made check in and check out a breeze. The cabin is beyond quaint and adorable. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. The bed is a platform bed and extremely comfortable with really great pillows and soft sheets. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen looked like it had everything it needed and had two of each serving dishes. Lovely, simple decor was very fitting and made the cabin feel cozy. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub under the stars and sitting on the front porch with our beverages watching the animals. Very close to town and we easily went back and forth a couple times a day. And even though it’s on the same property as the main house, we never heard or saw anyone. There is a very tall privacy fence and we felt completely on our own. We loved every minute of our get away and would love to come back.

clear skies 10 minutes from Fredricksburg

Cute little property between Comfort and Fredericksburg Texas. We enjoyed sitting by the fire-pit and watching the stars and in the morning sitting on the porch with some coffee. The property has changed since the photos were taken and the original view is slightly obstructed now. The area in front of the house that was a lawn now has a large pen with 2 donkeys, 3 sheep, 1 goat, and a cow. The main house next door has two dogs that were out earlier in the evening but went inside when it got dark. We would definitely stay at the property again if we are exploring the area.

Missing amenities

Nice cabin. Very cute. However, few items were missing. There was not any silverware or coffee filters to make coffee. Lighting was poor inside and outside. Shower water was like warm at best. Bed sits very low. For someone older, not very easy to get up from. A cold front had come in by mid afternoon. We checked in after 7 pm and had to turn up the heat when we arrived. We have found most owners typically have the cabin ready for their guest to walk in. Lastly, we were unable to access the gate to enter the property.

Beautiful Cozy Cabin

This beautiful cabin was very clean and looked exactly as the online pictures. We loved early mornings, sitting on the front porch, drinking our coffee, watching the deer. There was lots to do in Fredericksburg, but we enjoyed spending peaceful time at the cabin. The hot tub was relaxing, and we loved the outdoor shower. We would definitely stay there again!
