Summary:

Stay inside the Fredericksburg Downtown Historic District at our romantic, rustic 1BR/1.5Ba getaway with a private porch and hot tub! Located at 104 E Schubert Street, you will be only one block from the MarktPlatz and 2 blocks from central Main Street. Guest feedback warranted a newly updated shower so now our taller guests can enjoy a full newly remodeled shower! Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation! Managed by Heavenly Hosts



The Space:

Newly renovated and decorated cozy guest house with a hot tub!



- 1 king bed in the bedroom upstairs and a sleeper sofa in the living room downstairs

- 1 full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs

- Full kitchen with Keurig drip coffee maker (no dishwasher)

- Smart TV with streaming services (you are allowed to log into your own accounts) *no cable

- Private hot tub!



- Must climb stairs: there are stairs in the guesthouse that lead up to the loft area where the bedroom is located.

- Wagen Haus is located in the back of the main house (Ressman Haus)

- Pets are NOT allowed.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay. Besides the cleaning fee and VRBO charge it was reasonable cost for how close it is to downtown. The hot tub was a really nice feature.

Cutest little getaway

My husband and I needed a place to escape real life. This place was just the slice of heaven we needed. The pictures don’t do it justice - not even close. It’s perfect in every way! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great place out of the way, but close enough to walk to Main St

Loved the place, super cute!! Hot tub was great, loved having a kitchen & 1/2 bath! Perfect place to relax! Bed was pretty hard to sleep on & no plunger for upstairs toilet when it backed up. We didn’t call the number, but we had 2nd bathroom, so no big deal. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is awesome the only I would let people know the driveway is narrow!

We did not have blanket for down stair bed or only 2 wash clothes ,but no big deal ,went to wal mart could have called but no big deal had great time and place was awesome ,thank you so much!!!

Cute little cottage

We had a great time here. Hot tub was definitely private and very nice on the cool evenings when we were there. Great communication with the owner. We went through towels pretty quickly between the bathroom shower/tub and the hot tub. YES, I stress that there is a TUB!! Nice perk for my wife. One review mentioned the driveway being narrow. It was better than I was envisioning and was able to fit my F150 PU in there with no issue. Thank you!

christmas vacay in Fredericksburg

The only 2 issues was people who stayed in front house Sat night. Very noisy up till close to midnight and it felt like they were in the house with us. Also the tv was horrible. We normally do not watch a lot of tv while on vacation but a couple of days were rainy so we had no choice. You need to advertise no cable so people are prepared especially during football season,

We would have loved the opportunity to assist you during your stay, we are available 24/7 via phone/email. We could have addressed the noise issue with those guests, I'm sorry if this caused any inconvenience for you. We don’t advertise cable since it’s not available, the cottage has a smart tv with streaming services. I’m sorry if you had the impression that there was cable at this cottage. Great Accomodation

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. The location is ideal to downtown, but yet secluded on a quiet peaceful street. We had a small issue, but the host responded with a very positive response and all was good. Would definitely book this property again.
