Easy check in/check out. Appreciated the “extras” like soap and detergents. Also how quickly we were able to get extra blankets. Great location!

We had a great time. We had everything we needed, our host provided all information we needed before we arrived. We could even see the boats on the water while we ate breakfast. We were downstairs and my sister's family was upstairs - wonderful to be so close and also have enough space for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The best part for us was that our close friend stayed in the condo above us so it was so convenient for hanging out. I was so pleased with the cleanliness of the condo and the amenities such as a washer dryer and all the things you might need for the beach if you didn't bring anything. Check in was so easy with the instructions sent. I had a few questions for the owner a few days prior and he was very responsive and helpful. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that it is a bit dated and could use a few upgrades compared to the condo upstairs but overall a wonderful stay and would book it again. Thank you!

We had a restful stay at this property. The neighborhood is quiet and is just 100 yards from the beach. It has a nice, large porch, and all the amenities to cook at home. Hyannis has plenty to do - fishing charters, boat cruises, and ferries to/from islands. Hyannis center is a 3 minute drive from the house. For a family of four, we were very comfortable. The host was very responsive, we were able to make a last minute request and were accommodated.
