Good size master bedroom with queen bed and private full bath, with a slider to a sitting deck. Second bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds that can sleep 4, loft/den with a twin bed, and a large ground floor living room with queen sleeper and slider to a enclosed patio with gas grill. A rooftop balcony that is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Its super sized skylight brings in bright natural light with well appointed and equipped kitchen. It is your dream cape vacation unit and location!

The condo locates in an ocean front complex that is walking to Main Street shopping, waterfront dinning, parks, deep sea fishing, Nantucket/Vineyard ferries and much more!

The unit include free Wifi and newly installed quiet central AC, two new smart LED TVs with Netflix and other apps, cable and an electric piano for music lovers. Private beach is only 200 feet away and connected to a public beach(Kalmus Beach) with great seafood shack. It is also next door to Veteran's Memorial park/beach, JFK memorial, and 0.6 miles to Hy-line Ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Other amenities include one parking space and a guest parking(on alternate weeks, paid additional parking can be arranged), bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, hair dryers, washer and dryer, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster oven, patio furniture, 5 beach chairs, one set beach umbrella, dishes and cooking pans, utensils, condiments, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, stove/oven, refrigerator.

Entertainment: Both TVs in living room and bedroom are new smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Fire, YouTube and other apps. Comcast cable 140+ channels are included. There is also a DVD player and an extensive DVD library to choose from. In addition, there is a Casio Privia fully weighted electric piano on first floor if you want to play piano.

Signed Rental Agreement to confirm the final rental. Summer Rental is on Saturday to Saturday weekly basis for one week minimum.

Fabulous time

The pictures didn’t do the property justice… It was absolutely beautiful, convenient and clean. The use of the property absolutely added to the experience of our trip. We will be back again

Really nice place

Wonderful get away

Beautiful townhouse very close to the beach. We had a wonderful time. Well supplied and there were plenty of extras such as towels and pillows. The five of us were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent layout and many conveniences

We loved the layout of the unit and it was stocked with small conveniences that we didn't think to bring, like a small cooler that we used every day, a beach mat and the umbrella. The rooftop deck was a big hit, as therewas always a cool breeze up there, no matter how hot it was outside. The beach was nice to sit on and look at the view, but the water wasn't great for swimming, as it's a boat harbor. We just drove to a nearby beach instead. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hyannis Heaven

As described the condo is snuggled between two very popular beaches. It is a wonderful walking or biking area and close to many restaurants and shops. We had a small snaffu, however the land lords were extremely easy to work with to resolve it. Their response time from making the reservation through departure was very timely, and very friendly people. A real pleasure to work with.

It is located adjacent to the Hyannis Yacht Cub and between Veteran's Memorial Beach and Kalmus Beach. It abuts pristine conservation land and Nantucket Sound.
