The Space:

Our lake access is located on a deep water cove. There are two hiking trails guests can use to reach the shoreline. The hike to the lake is not terribly steep, it gets a bit steeper when you get to the waters edge!



The east trail leads to an easy water entrance and is a fairly easy hike with our newly cleared hiking path. You can launch kayaks and canoes from this area. Please feel free to use the kayaks on the property! You can find them on their stand closer to the water so you don't have to hike the trail with them!



The south trail leads to bluffs overlooking the lake. (Please note this is a natural trail. It is steep and not suited for small children nor adults who are not very steady footed)



Main living space: Spacious, open floor plan with large windows. Includes a living room, several seating areas, coffee bar, fireplace with a 65" Smart television.



Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, coffee bar, toaster, serving accessories, and everything you need to cook a great family meal.



Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom with custom shower, large closet.



An amazing loft with 4 custom built Queen sized bunk beds. You have to see the bunk beds to believe how amazing they are.



Basement playroom: Includes a pool table, dart board, 70" Smart television, a sleeper sofa and a regular sofa.



The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. Although there is poor cell phone reception in the area, Wi-Fi calling works well.

Only 21 minutes to Beaver Lake Outdoor Center where Kayak, paddle board, jet ski, mountain bike, tube, camping rentals are available.

Pets - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.

Nestled near Beaver Lake in a quiet, scenic area, this home offers easy access to outdoor adventure while still being a short drive from town. Uber and Lyft are limited in this area.

- Smoking - No smoking allowed.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Minimum Age - Must be at least 22 years old to book



- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.

- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.



- Pets - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.
