About this property
4Bdr Secluded! Hot Tub, Pool Table, & Spectacular Views.
The stunning views of the Ozark Mountains from our upscale family home will take your breath away. With three levels of decks from which to enjoy them, you’ll always find the perfect vantage point.
Good news if you’ve brought your boat along - the end of the street is wide enough to turn around! And when you get that catch of the day home, we provide a convenient fish-cleaning station - and then it’s straight to the kitchen.
Living Spaces
Two separate living spaces offer plenty of flexibility. The main level living room is a spacious, yet homey space, complete with a vibrant area rug, and plenty of comfortable furniture. It’s a wonderful spot to gather at the end of a busy day, with drinks and snacks in hand, to talk about the day’s adventures and plan for more fun tomorrow.
In the evening, pile up in front of the Smart TV with WiFi to stream your favorite series or that new movie you’ve been looking forward to. The electric fireplace provides a warm and cozy ambiance in the cooler months. With vaulted ceilings and an oversized window bringing in all the sunlight, this space is bright and welcoming.
The lower-level game room offers a pool table, several seating options, and another Smart TV. Walk straight out to the lower level deck from here and breathe in the fresh, clean mountain air. When you return, grab a cold soda or water from the mini-fridge.
Kitchen & Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts all the most modern conveniences, including stainless steel appliances, glass tile backsplash, and a peninsula bar for two. We also provide coffee, tea, and basic spices for three less things to carry with you! The highly functional layout here makes preparing the family’s favorite meals a simple pleasure. Those culinary delights can be enjoyed together at the adjacent dining table, which sits directly in front of the sliding glass door leading to the deck. Enjoy your meals with that beautiful view!
Bedrooms & Baths
Four bedrooms with memory-foam mattresses and Smart TVs and three baths with plush white towels comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in upscale comfort.
On the lower level is one bedroom with a queen size bed. The full bath has a walk-in shower.
On the main level are two bedrooms, one with a double and one with a king. The shared bath offers a walk-in shower.
The third level is the primary suite with a king-size bed and ensuite bath with jetted tub, double vanities, and walk-in shower. We also provide robes here for a little extra luxury. This suite has access to a dreamy private rooftop deck with a comfy sofa to lounge on. Take advantage of the mini-fridge to stash some beverages to enjoy out here.
Outdoor Amenities
With astonishing views like these, you may want to spend your entire vacation out on the decks! We make it easy to do, with three levels of decks from which to choose, with plenty of seating to enjoy the scenery. Be sure to enjoy at least one alfresco meal overlooking the mountains.
On the days you decide to take advantage of one of the nearby lakes, we provide beach towels for your convenience.
In the evenings, you’ll definitely want to throw on the swimsuit, pour a glass of your favorite beverage, and take advantage of the bubbling jets of the hot tub, all while enjoying a sky full of stars.
A/C, heat, and a full-size washer and dryer also provided.

Historic Architectural Gems of one-lane suspension bridges. People love the Ozark Mountains due to the abundance of bodies of water, elite fishing, world-class golf, boating, motorcycling, hiking, and biking trails.
Eureka Springs is an eclectic town of natural springs and dozens of quirky shops. Casual and fine dining.
Located in the Ozark Mountains, Eureka Springs is a magical place full of fresh mountain air and known for its wonderfully preserved Victorian buildings in the historic district, like the Palace Bath House, Basin Park Hotel, and
Crescent Hotel, which were all built around the city’s natural springs.
A popular resort destination, Eureka Springs has many activities, attractions, restaurants, and boutiques to offer.
Here’s just a small sampling of some of our favorite things to do and see.
Visit the Thorncrown Chapel
This architectural wonder stands 48’ tall and represents a beautiful place of worship. It boasts a mind-boggling 425 windows and 6,000 square feet of glass. It was built in such a way that it lets in abundant natural light and really offers an open feeling that blends in perfectly with the Ozark woodland scenery.
Downtown Eureka Springs
The Victorian architecture of the downtown district makes for a distinctive aesthetic and provides a wonderful backdrop for the plethora of eclectic shops and specialty boutiques that define the downtown experience. Guests will also find a generous selection of delectable restaurants and a variety of evening entertainment.
Some guests hire guides for walking tours around the city, many of which concentrate on historic underground tours to ghost tours.
Another popular means of exploring the city is via the Eureka Springs Trolley and an open-air tram tour, which will show off the local sights.
Guests are always impressed with the number of festivals, celebrations, and community spirit found in downtown Eureka Springs.
Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge
Animal enthusiasts will love visiting Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, home to many abandoned, abused, and neglected animals including tigers, lions, leopards, and cougars, as well as bears and bobcats. Visitors may learn more about these species and interact with some animals. Guided habitat tours are performed daily, and exclusive behind-the-scenes tours occur on the weekends.
Blue Spring Heritage Center
A popular tourist attraction for more than 70 years, the Blue Springs Heritage Center is made up of beautiful gardens, local history, and a large natural spring. Before its current incarnation, it was considered a sacred place for local and traveling American Indian tribes. Today, it’s a great way to enjoy the Ozark outdoors.
Basin Spring Park fountain
At the site of what is now Basin Spring Park, the mineral water found there attracted Indigenous cultures and settlers. This one spot is thought to have set the stage for the entire city, so no trip to Eureka Springs is complete without a visit to the park!
Today, it’s a wonderful downtown park, boasting benches, a bandshell, and of course, the original spring encased by concrete and a fountain.
Quigley Castle
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Quigley's Castle is known as the "the Ozark's strangest dwelling." It was the dream home of Italian immigrant Elise Quigley, who wanted to build a home featuring lovely paths, benches, and other features.
The interior of the home is just as eclectic, with full-size tropical plants and trees, growing from natural ground soil on the first floor. In addition, visitors will find beautiful and unusual displays of butterflies, crystals, fossils, glassware, and arrowheads.
Eureka Springs and North Arkansas Railway Company
Just a mile from downtown Eureka Springs, this depot and museum allows visitors to see what life was like when train service arrived here in 1883. The depot has been turned into a museum, where you can see a collection of vintage rolling stock, a restored turntable, a handcar, and an automobile outfitted to run on the rails. If you’d rather enjoy a more active experience, take one of the daily scheduled rides aboard the historic line. This trip includes an excursion train, lunch train, and a special dinner train.
Onyx Cave Park
A short drive east of Eureka Springs, the Onyx Cave was discovered in 1891 and offers a great family-friendly opportunity to see not just amazing cave features, but wildlife as well. This is an easy 30-minute self-guided tour.
Explore the Outdoors at Lake Leatherwood
At 1600 acres, the historic Lake Leatherwood City Park is the first place to head for outdoor activity in Eureka Springs. Here, you’ll find 25 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as easy access to the lake, with a full service bait shop to take advantage of fishing opportunities.
Good news if you’ve brought your boat along - the end of the street is wide enough to turn around! And when you get that catch of the day home, we provide a convenient fish-cleaning station - and then it’s straight to the kitchen.

About the host
Hosted by Cara Thomas

Hello, we are Cara and Daniel and we are so excited that you’re considering our property for your Eureka Springs-area vacation!
My (Cara) background is in the hospitality industry, so it seemed like a natural progression to own a vacation rental myself, but purchasing this home was really like a dream come true! For years, we have been vacationing in the area and absolutely love the laid-back atmosphere, peace and serenity.
I have lived in the area all of my life and I love my little corner of the world. I am a small business owner, with 3 small kids, so my days (and nights!) are busy, but I wouldn’t change it for the world.
One of the reasons I was drawn to the hospitality industry is my love of travel, which I hope to do much more of as my kids get older. I’d love to create memories with them in different places around the country and the world.
We particularly love the Eureka Springs area because we are boating enthusiasts and there are plenty of opportunities to indulge that here. In fact, the end of our street is big enough to turn around with a boat (a big plus for us!)
Another passion is food and dining experiences. Trying the “local” cuisine of different regions is fun and interesting. Now, if I could just get my kids to finish their broccoli….

Why they chose this property
We chose this area because it’s a short-ish 3-hour drive from our home so that we can also enjoy it when it’s not rented. The view is breathtaking and offers easy access to all the area attractions.
What makes this property unique
Your family will enjoy end-of-the-road privacy with breathtaking mountain and bluff views from 3 separate decks. The new (for 2022) hot tub for 7 is a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the area. One lucky couple will have their very own private deck from the primary suite, complete with a lounge sofa. The basement game room features a pool table and Smart TV, providing hours of fun and entertainment. From the covered 2-car parking, you’re just 1.5 miles to the boat launch & marina.
