The space
All 6 bedrooms offer A/C, TV, safety boxes and private bathrooms. You have a little balcony/terrace and the comfort you need for your privacy. The rooms are spacious and bright with floor to ceiling windows and minimalistic design.

The common areas are split in two parts: enclosed kitchen and living room are offering a dining and small lounge area while the main lounge area is located near the pool on the lowest level. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook for/with your family/friends or prepare some yummy juices and drinks. The large dining table offers enough space for everyone and a nice view over the property as well. Breakfast can be prepared by our staff and lunch/dinner by a private chef that will come to the villa. Please note that we need 1 day preparation time for this and additional fees will apply.

Following the pool and its nice waterfall, you will arrive on the edge to the jungle. An amazing infinity pool with a green nature view is waiting for you! You can relax on the edge of the pool, enjoy the sun on one of the sun loungers or read a book in the comfy outdoor lounge area. The pool is also big enough to swim laps if you feel like it.
This is for sure the most impressive and stunning area of the house!

But don’t forget to get a massage in the amazing private massage room for two. Our staff is happy to organise a massage therapist for you, so you can fully relax and indulge in the moment.

The cleaning staff is coming daily to the house, please contact our manager if you wish to arrange certain time frames for your privacy. Our staff is happy to help you with any kind of request:
car/scooter rental, laundry, day trips, restaurant reservations, general tips or even a private chef! Don’t hesitate to contact our manager for assistance.

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
As this villa is new and located on a remote location, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.

If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road.

VILLA WITH JUNGLE VIEW
You might hear noises which come from the insects and geckos who inhabit the jungle long before we began the villa construction.

Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.

FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in- late we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise it is subject to the villa availability. Late check in after 8pm would be an extra cost of IDR 200000.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

- Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Breakfast not included but a menu is available in the villa . Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a personal butler catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast / lunch/ or dinner, at total grocery cost + cover charge. Simply let your personal butler know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking. Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your butler a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.

- Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast?
- A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of IDR 430k/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : Towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 12 people, but the maximum capacity is for 14 people which means that the 13th and 14th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person.
