LAUNDRY This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.
PARKING You will have access to the single-car garage and driveway during your stay. There is additional street parking available if needed.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Fairmont Hot Springs (1.5km): In just over 5 minutes, find yourself at Fairmont`s famous natural hot springs. Here, you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you definitely have to include in your vacation itinerary.
Lake Windermere/The Whiteway (21 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. Granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach. Bring your skates, or rent them from Inside Edge. In the summer, this becomes a hot spot to kick back on the sandy beach or rent a boat from Pete`s Marina.

2. Neither parties or events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although a maximum of two (x2) pets are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. As there isn`t a garbage removal service in the area, guests are required to remove the garbage and recycling and dispose of them in the respective community bins near the entrance. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee.

A great place for a family getaway. Very well stocked kitchen. Only negative was the game system in the games room was not working so the kids were disappointed.
It was pet friendly and very spacious. The children enjoyed the pool table lots. Bearly heard from them only the clicking of the balls. Enjoyed the large kitchen and dining table. On the whole I would say a 5 for all the enjoyment we had during our stay. Would stay again for sure.
The place was above my expectations. It was so big and roomy. The location was perfect for golf and a dip in the hot springs afterwards. What a great treat to go inside for the much needed air conditioning during that heat wave that hit us.
Awesome place for a large family gathering. Plenty of room for meals, games and sleeping! Spare beds are doubles which seems small for a couple. Well equipped. Would highly recommend!
Beautiful Property close to many activities, many areas to go for short or longer road trips.
Renting from them was easy and I felt safe in the process. From arriving to departure, instructions were sent when needed. The property was great for the 8 of us. It is a beautiful property for any time of year. There will be more options come summer, but we found plenty of activities.
The 10 of us were very satified with the facilities and stay. Contacting the manager received an immediate reply. Very roomy for the active teens and adult boys. Thank You.
We had a such a great weekend away here. Lots of space for our large group (6 adults, 2 kids + dogs). Very well appointed - everything you could need in the kitchen from small appliances to coffee! Really nice outdoor patio off the kitchen - we made great use of this to hang out, play cards and enjoy meals. Our only regret was not booking for longer. The hosts were super accommodating with a last minute request for late check out. Highly recommend staying here!
Overall we had a wonderful stay! The house is fantastic for a big family and offers a lot conveniences and privacy to all guests.
The managers were also very helpful with before and after requests, and shipping a laptop that stayed behind. This was very much appreciated.
Sadly one can tell that many renters do not take pride in how they use or leave the property, the carpet bears testimony to that. This house would be perfect if this could be overlooked.

Overall, the property was really great to stay in. The sleeping arrangements were really nice, and the layout was perfect for a large family. The one issue we had was with the game room. The gaming system didn’t work, which really didn’t make it a game room at all then. We were traveling with children and partly picked this place because of the game room. I did message the host about it, and they said they knew it was broken. That wasn’t very much help when we were already there. I wish they didn’t advertise that they had a game room if they knew that the game room was not functional.
This is a great property with lots of space both indoors and out. It was very nicely appointed, we weren’t lacking for anything, and the unit is beautifully decorated. We loved watching the golfers from the huge balcony, sitting in front of the fire in the evening, and even enjoyed using the pool table! We would definitely stay here again.
