My girls trip was planned somewhere else locally and the host canceled. Teresa was awesome in helping me rebook to her place. It was roomy and we could all hang out both outside and indoors. Clean and any question we had , the response was immediate! The pool was beautiful. The only thing we would change would be to add a rail for the pool. Otherwise a great place for a group gathering and conveniently located to the beach and restaurant.

We were very impressed with this property for our stay in Cocoa Beach! The property was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed for a day at the pool or the beach. We were also extremely impressed with how well stocked the house was for anything we needed, the kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms, even the garage with kayaks, bikes, pool toys, etc.!!!

Awesome house and close to beach

The house is perfect for a gathering of 6 or more people. You can hang at the outside bar by the pool or in a very large kitchen and living rooms. The bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable. The house is well stocked with dishes, glasses and all the beach accessories a large party needs All and all it was an enjoyable stay for me and all my friends.

The host was very accommodating and it was a turn key stay with hotel amenities. The host answered our requests immediately and addressed the issues in a timely manner. Great place for a family- so many things provided you could never be bored!

Huge house with lots of room to spread out. House is very well equipped for almost anything you want to do at the house or local adventures. Back yard and pool were great. I would suggest adding artificial turf as the dirt and grass get in the pool. Also, the mattresses are on the firm side. The property is very conveniently located in the area with so many things to do and great beaches and the river. We watch a rocket launch, and it was amazing.

This is a beautiful property with plenty of space and amenities. The house is extremely well equipped. My family and friends I traveled with agreed that this was our favorite vacation rental we've visited. We would love to come back some day.

The kitchen was great - huge, well-stocked with supplies. Nice size living room and dining area! One of the on-suites was a bit lack luster - small, no closest, with a small, outdated bathroom. The outdoor lounge chairs were outdated. With all that said, it was plenty of room for our two families of four (basically all adults) and a great place to stay! We would choose it again!

Everything was great, we’ve stayed at this property twice now because the first time exceeded our expectations, the house has everything we needed and then some. The host contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed and even made us aware of surrounding activities going on. I would highly recommend this property to anyone in the area.

Great Property

We stayed here before heading out on a Disney Cruise. The house was great and the amenities were just what we needed. We were also able to walk over to beach and watch a rocket launch! The owners were easy to communicate with and handled everything perfectly. Great stay!
