The apartment is on the 1st Floor of our house. The 40m² floor was converted into a modern, separate apartment in 2019.
The open kitchen to the living room has a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, dishwasher, microwave with grill and. Baking function, as well as a hotplate with two hot plates. The spacious bathroom has a shower, bathtub, toilet, bidet and a hair dryer. The apartment has a double bedroom, a large wardrobe with a mirrored front and a clothes servant. It offers enough space for 2 people. The living room has a cozy corner sofa with pillows and. Blanket, a flat screen TV, cable connection and free Netflix. Storage space for bicycles is only possible after consultation.

Geräumige und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattete Wohnung in 1. Etage mit geschmackvoller Deko. Haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt, was bei dem schlechten Wetter ein großer Vorteil war. Gutes WLAN, TV mit Mediathek, großes modernes Bad mit Wanne und Bidet. Die Matratzen fest und komfortabel, wir haben gut geschlafen. Trotz Lage an der Straße ruhig durch gute Isolierung und Schlafzimmer zur Gartenseite. Charmante kleine Dachterrasse. Fußweg in die Innenstadt ca. 20 Minuten, das Auto muss nicht bewegt werden. Abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen vorhanden. Kein eigener Parkplatz, man muss ein wenig an der Straße suchen. Nahversorgung klasse, Penny direkt vor der Haustür. Freundliche Gastgeberin, Schlüsselübergabe, Nutzungshinweise top und verständlich geregelt, netter Plausch im Treppenhaus inclusive. Danke Frau Zerbe, gerne wieder!

Es handelt sich um eine super eingerichtete Wohnung, du bist mit allen Kleinigkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs versorgt. Das Bad ist mit Badewanne, Dusche und Bidet. Ein Raumteiler in der Stube sorgt für einen gemütlichen Wohnteil und eine offene Küche. Alles ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße zum Zentrum (alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar) und ist mit gut isolierten Fenstern ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren supernett und bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung.Die kleine Dachterrasse lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei Kochplatten und eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion.Durch die Bushaltestelle auf der anderen Straßenseite ist man in ca 10 Minuten in der Lüneburger Innenstadt.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in den benachbarten Straßen zu finden.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und hat eine Ausgezeichnete Lage für einen Besuch Lümeburgs. Für zwei Personen super sogar ein Fahrradschuppen ist vorhanden.

Sehr sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung, zentraler Ausgangspunkt

Wohnung sehr schön, besonders auch die Dachterrasse. Ein kleiner permanenter Regenschutz wäre optimal damit Tisch und Stühle trocken bleiben. Ausstattung sehr gut. Nur habe ich mich geärgert, da der "Wasserkocher" ein Wasserkessel war. Hätte sonst meinen mitgenommen. Konnte meinem Mann nicht das Kochfeld erklären. Hat dann die kleine Mikrowelle nachts überschwemmt. Nächsten Tag gleich den 3. Wasserkocher gekauft. Für uns persönlich zu wenig Kaffeebecher, Besteck zum Sammeln für die Spülmaschine. Gekocht haben wir nicht. Bushaltestellen optimal, auch für Mann mit Gehproblemen. Per Bus und Bahn nach Hamburg hat gut funktioniert wobei die Zeiten nicht gut abgestimmt sind. Zug morgens und nachmittags total überfüllt mit Studenten bis Harburg. Einkauf, Bäcker, Restaurants für mich fußläufig. Ein Hinweis im Inserat auf fehlenden eigenen Parkplatz wäre hilfreich. Hatten überwiegend Glück direkt vor dem Haus. Wichtig für An- und Abreise. Für uns zentraler Punkt für viele tolle Erlebnisse. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt trotz 1x Imam o.ä. um 23:15 Uhr :-) . Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Geheimtipp für einen Lüneburg-Aufenthalt

Modern, sauber, tolle Ausstattung mit allem was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht UND: darüber hinaus! Terrasse mit Grill, Bidet, usw. sind gewiss kein Standard. Und wenn man dann beim Rausgehen von Passanten für den tollen Vorgarten gelobt wird... Fazit: Volle Punktzahl plus mindestens ein bis zwei Punkte
