Supermarket 550 m, restaurant 600 m, bakery 850 m, café 850 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Norddeich" 2 km, ferry 2 km, sandy beach 1.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, surf school 1.3 km, tennis 2 km, minigolf 500 m.
5-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Modern and cosy furnishings: living room 21 m2 with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV (flat screen), CD-player, hi-fi system and DVD. Dining room. 1 room 11 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room 14 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 21 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV (flat screen). Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), conservatory. Facilities: washing machine (extra). Children's high chair, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Winter garden with underfloor heating, seating area and exit to the terrace with awning. Free handcart. A maximum of 2 small dogs are allowed.
