Wilmington loft

Overall we had a great stay. Directly downtown with easy access to everything. The negative things were; the master bath shower head did not work so you had to use the handheld nozzle, master toilet did not flush, my husband had to fix it and the master bed has a plastic sheet on it that made it very hot to sleep on.

Great Location

Location was great, we were right in the center of the city and close to the river. Unit was clean and well decorated!

Downtown Wilmington

The condo was very nice and spacious. The kitchen was spacious, although we didn’t use it much 😁. We were very glad to have a washer and dryer in the condo, since we had to stay for over 30 days. The parking pass was so great!! The biggest problem we had was the third floor unit with 51 steps to get there. The listing said a second floor condo, so we were unprepared for quite so many steps. It did tend to limit how many times per day we went up and down.
