A breathtaking mountain view awaits at this lofty, two-story condo in The Reserve at Sugar Mountain, a truly special home base for your next escape to North Carolina's high country.

This 1,580-square-foot condo is located on the upper levels of The Reserve at Sugar Mountain, a desirable residential community flanked by the open spaces of Pisgah National Forest and Sugar Mountain Resort. You'll feel wonderfully secluded while still being just three miles from Sugar Mountain's ski slopes, public tennis courts, and golf course.

The first thing you'll notice as you step inside is the awe-inspiring view, best enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and outside on the covered deck. There's a gas fireplace to warm you as you watch movies and play board games all winter, as well as central AC to keep you cool come summer. The living room flows into a dining space for six, a breakfast bar for two, and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A second living area awaits upstairs in the loft, along with a second TV and a cozy workspace nook.

Sugar Mountain Super Snow Bowl !

We had a wonderful experience at your mountain condo the past Super Bowl Sunday! I call it the super snow bowl ! ..we enjoyed the fresh snowfall on the slopes at sugar mountain ! This reserve cabin was nice and clean and welcoming and very close to other amenities as well We highly recommend this condo to future guests !

Clean, close cozy

We had a wonderful time. The location is close to the slopes and town. Unfortunately, we were only able to ski one day due to rain, but this spot was perfect for a day inside for board games, cards and food. Very clean. We were short on towels the first night, but some arrived the next morning while we were out. Will absolutely rent here again. Gorgeous views.

We love these condo's but I feel this one could use the owner showing up for a week and fixing many problems... including shades not working, faucets dripping, deep cleaning and putting back up all the pictures or at least fill in the holes.
