Due to the very quiet cul de sac location, the house is ideal for children, as they do not have to cross a street. The beach can be reached via the communal path running along the property.

The cottage has four bedrooms,

~ One bedroom with single bed in the basement
~ Three bedrooms each with double bed (2 x 2.00 m x 1.80 m and 1 x 2.00 m X 1.40 m upstairs
 From two of the bedrooms you have an exit to the balcony with sea view

~ A large bathroom with tub and shower upstairs
~ A guest toilet and a shower in the basement
~ A separate kitchen in the basement
~ A living room with integrated dining area in the basement
~ A hallway with wardrobe in the basement

 The living room is equipped with a flatscreen, a CD player, a radio, a stereo and a comfortable seating area.

From the living room you reach the terrace, which is furnished with garden chairs.
A large lawn invites you to relax (two garden chairs available).
A magnificent sea view can be enjoyed from the living and dining area, the kitchen, and two bedrooms upstairs.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, a stove with oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery for six people.

A parking space is available on the property.
