Amenities: Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler. Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex. Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom. Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment. No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free. Parking: Parking for one car in in a reserved parking stall. Only one car allowed with rental of unit G32. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Pass provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed. Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools. Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs. Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite. Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout. BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai. Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit. Cable TV: TVs located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom WIFI: WIFI included. Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided. Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Waikoloa Beach Villas G32 is located on the third floor of the G Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the third floor. Offering views of the golf course and tropical resort landscape. Stunning island inspired décor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas. All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This 3rd floor experience was great ,view,cool because patio was on opposite side from sun,elevator was very useful ,pool was very close, the room is elegant.

I have stayed at WBV many times, and always the condos were wonderful. But this one was the best so far. Very very clean. Modern decor. Huge TV's. BBQ on Lanai. Reclining couch chairs! two twin beds in second bedroom.
Our stay here was a twelve out of ten-great location, beautiful property, and awesome amenities! I’m an Interior Designer, so I truly appreciated the attention to detail that obviously went in to designing the interior of this condo. It’s welcoming, relaxing, and rejuvenating! We loved the close proximity to the pool, shops, golf, and beach. We would love to stay here again!

We have stayed in many units in this complex and found G32 to be in an excellent location with the BBQ on the deck, overlooking the golf course and across from the pool. The kitchen is supplied with good quality equipment. The beds in the second bedroom were so high that they were difficult to get into and impossible to make because they were tight against the outer walls on each side.

Check in was very easy and communication was timely and clear. The location is great. The condo/resort is right across from Queens Marketplace, near Kings Marketplace and just over a half mile to the beach. All of these places are within walking distance. It is also a great location if you are planning on venturing out of the Waikoloa Beach area often. The resort is set more towards the Queen K Hwy. Don’t mistake that for having any hwy noise, etc.. It is set back about 1/2 mile. The owners have done well with thinking about how to make this condo a stress free place to stay. There are many conveniences that are available for use and supplied. The resort and building are very quiet. The pool area is clean and close to the condo. The balcony is comfortable and offers great golf and mountain views. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep. The sleeping arrangements are comfortable. The condo is well cared for by the owners. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was absolutely lovely, had everything you could need. It was extremely clean also, which is incredibly important to me when traveling. However, this condo was very much a splurge for us. We went for it because of the amenities- we wanted a kitchen with a grill, fitness center, and nice pools.
My issue with this is, while yes there is a fitness center, unfortunately it’s incredibly small and doesn’t open until 8am and they do not share the wifi. So it became useless to us, we like to be out of the gym and on with our day by 8am. And the cell service in the area is awful (Verizon) so it was a very boring/silent workout. Same situation with the pool. Also, it’s supposed to be quite- kids are supposed to stay chill. Some parents were great about it, others not so much and no one from the condo enforced it.
Also, communication with ResorticaHawaii was good- they are only available from 9-5, M-F so if you have non-emergency questions outside of that time, you’re out of luck..not ideal for hospitality. So while it was a beautiful condo, I would choose not to stay again simply because the amenities do not make up for the cost. One last thing to be aware of (also mentioned in the listing) there are three flights of stairs and no elevator. As a young, fit couple this even became a lot of work for us..lugging things (luggage, beach gear, groceries) became an annoying inconvenience. Wouldn’t want to do it with young kids, older adults, or those with physical disabilities.

Aloha Brad, thanks for the feedback. We are sorry the complex fitness center was lacking in equipment, accessible hours and wi-fi. We will certainly pass these comments on to the HOA. Please note that our office hours are limited, but we have 24/7 monitoring of phone and email questions, and staff in the area daily. Lastly, am curious as to your comments regarding the lack of an elevator, as each building has a dedicated elevator....occasionally the elevator has been out of service for a few days - but certainly not the norm! Again, thank you for your feedback - we hope you will consider returning to our island soon!
