Orange Treat is a fully-remodeled spacious modern farmhouse. She has tons of natural light with an open kitchen-dining area great for conversation and good eats. The living area is comfortable and large. Each of the bedrooms is quiet and cozy. Outdoor seating is located on the back patio in close proximity to the hot tub.
You will have access to a BBQ (propane) for your outdoor cooking and dining pleasure. A fire pit is available for those cool evenings.
There's easy access to walking trails as well as a city-built footbridge that leads directly to Main Street. 750 steps and you'll be at Hondo's and Crossroads Steak House.

Host provided all information in advance which made for an easy check in. The property has plenty of parking for the home’s size and was immaculately clean inside. Very well stocked, up to date, with great conversation & dining areas. Easy access to Fred shopping, grocery store and restaurants. Back patio & yard are very nice but could use a little cleaning attention. It was hot as henges (Sept) so we didn’t spend a whole lot of time back there anyways. Over all, this property is fabulous and made for a great stay.

Omg the house was amazing. It’s beautiful and spacious. Perfect for a group of 8-10. Love the primary bedroom and shower set up. The hidden laundry room was so cool. The drive to Main Street was less than 5 minutes. It was a great home. The host was awesome and communicated well. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home. Wonderful layout for tge group we had. There were 4 couples, we had plenty of room. The living area was perfect for all of us to gather.The location is a short walk to main street. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for a Bachelorette trip. The house was perfect for the 9 of us, and super close to everything. We also paired it with Brooke’s Bubble Bus, who picked us up and dropped us off at the house. 10/10.

This was the perfect place to stay! The place had TONS of space and plenty of closets and bathrooms to accommodate 8 women. It is also conveniently located near Main street and a beautiful view of the deer in the park outside the front yard.Hot tub was also a great feature.I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

We had an adult getaway to Fredericksburg and the location of this home was perfect to make it to the main street area. All the shops, restaurants, etc.! The house was stocked well, clean, cozy, and decorated nicely! We would definitely recommend this spot to friends/family if they were coming to the area!
