Only 25 minutes from the airport and less than 10 to area resorts. Even in the winter storms, Highway 80 provides an easy drive into the Park City area.
There are at least 10 ski resorts in the area, with 3 close by for your greatest powder snow experience. The Canyons - a handy 5-7 minutes. Park City Mountain Resort - 10 minutes. Deer Valley - 15 minutes. Park City itself abounds with ski/snow board services and facilities.
Every season has an abundance of activities and beautiful sites.
Our 'Retreat' is not an average condo. It's unique, comfortable; a corner unit with lots of light and great views. A large balcony adds openness where outside dining is available.
A welcoming foyer provides place for jackets, boots, hats, shoes, skis, etc.
Kitchen is ready and well stocked. Cooking not your thing? Restaurant area is very close ,seriously, starting about 1/4 mile away with restaurants galore.
Master Bedroom - king-size bed by Purple. A great twin sleeper sofa with memory foam top. Spacious walk-in closet. Large soak tub/shower and double sink vanity in roomy master bath. The Second bedroom - Xl-twin beds by Purple. Converter provided for change to King bed. Great mattresses. Ample closet. Second bath with tub/shower. Hairdryer, toiletries.
Carpeted family room is cozy and welcoming! Exudes comfort. The end unit condo features wrap around windows for light and views. Smart TV, Netflix and Hulu, etc. and wireless internet. Round pine dining table has two extensions. Counter has bar stools.
We appreciate the security that comes with all the buildings at Crestview and find it a big plus. Heated indoor parking with elevator makes for convenient, comfortable, and safe access to and from your car.
Our family loves Park City and our Retreat. We would be honored to have you stay in our home and enjoy the Park City area; its residents, businesses, life style, events, and low-humidity weather!

We really enjoyed our stay for 9 nights. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed. We loved the location as we had to go to SLC to help family and it was super convenient. We would definitely stay here again

The property was perfect for our family of four, it was well kept, stocked with grocery incidentals and staples, parking was easy and located in the garage. Communication was super quick. We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was central to all our activities, quiet, would 100% recommend to everyone, and would be so happy to stay with this host again. We really enjoyed the condo itself. Probably one of our favorite places we've stayed. Clean, well equipped, comfortable. The owner was very responsive.
There was construction going on at the time we stayed so unfortunately we didn't get to relax on the deck, but we will be back!
The unit had everything wee needed, plus it was clean and equipped with high-end appliances. The location (in Kimball Jct.) is very convenient - close to shopping, I-80 access and the Park City transit system, so it gives a renter everything one could ask for - and it's away from the traffic and congestion in downtown Park City itself. It can't be beat!
Very nice condo that would be good for a two couples or a family. The bedrooms are comfortable, ceiling fans are a nice addition. Both bathrooms were nice and upgraded with great hot water and water pressure. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Nice to have tv's everywhere with DirectTV for sure. Property is very clean, garage parking is a plus. Barry was incredibly responsive to emails and checking in to make sure the stay was going well.
All good except few days of noise on porch from workers installing new decking all day. But it’s been disclosed and clearly property has been under construction for several months. They didn’t work on the weekend which we were happy about. Very comfortable condo and loved the garage parking as it snowed and so nice to get in a warm vehicle.

We (a party of two) have stayed for one week in June 2020. This is a very well maintained two-bedroom/two-bathroom condo with many furnishings and interesting decorations. The kitchen is well stocked with all sizes and types of cooking and eating utensils, as well as food basics. The bathrooms (each one with its own tub) are quite large. The WiFi worked. The two portable air conditioners were excellent. The owner made significant efforts to accommodate us. The welcome to this property was outstanding. Excellent location. The property description is correct. We intend to return.
Very comfortable, fully equipped and super convenient condo, perfect for a ski trip to Park City. Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. The owners paid great attention to all details, even providing a variety of coffee makers and a fully equipped kitchen with all the gadgets. The beds are very comfortable with a variety of pillows. Bathrooms are well appointed with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The fireplace in the family room makes the place warm and cozy. We appreciated the convenient parking spot in the garage right below the condo, accessible by elevator. The location is within walking distance to the outlet shops. Barry, the host, was very attentive and responsive. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.
I stayed here because of the great reviews and they were all spot-on. The unit had portable air conditioners that worked great, and made the condo nice and cool. Frankly, the A/C units were a big reason we rented the condo. The kitchen was extremely well stocked...like the best I've ever seen; it had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen had new, modern appliances, and I loved how "homey" the whole place was. At one point we needed a pair of scissors...looked around and they were in a drawer. The garage was tall and roomy enough enough for our 4-wheel drive suburban, and we enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. In all, I don't think you can go wrong with this condo.

The Retreat never fails to impress, location is perfect close to the ski resorts, dining, shopping, etc. it always smells and looks amazingly clean every time we are here. Value... we consider the apartment to be one of the best in quality that we have ever stayed in with.all the amenities and extra detail the place is just amazing. You will never have a question go unanswered the communication and response is very timely. The furnishings are very unique and tasteful, a lot of which are from local artiest and created by Barry. Needless to say we will be back we love it here.
The property was clean and looked just like the photos listed. The owner had printed an easy instruction manual that was ready for any possible problems . He was easy to reach and work out my minor issues.
Lots of remotes … that took time to figure out. Linens and beds were nice. Shower / tubs stalls were tall and deep.. not easy for my 85 y/o Mom.
There was outside construction on the building which meant we were not able to use the balcony… bummer for us. But, I was pre warned on construction by owner. I should have asked more questions about construction. Parking was easy . Elevator and easy access to property was a plus with older guest . Swimming pool is shared with buildings B and C . It was too far for 85 y/o to walk and had several steps. Overall… great place.

Why they chose this property
The Kimball Jct. area/location was our top choice after spending many a day trooping from place to place. It is convenient to SLC airport, other nearby communities, a wealth of appealing businesses across the road in Redstone, New Park, Kimball Park. Among the variety of eateries of all descriptions are killer shops, large well stocked liquor/wine/beer store, dry cleaners, UPS service, Post Office, movie theater, too much more to list. Park City Old Town is a must to visit and explore; a short drive or bus ride away. Public library and car wash are near condo at intersection. Up a block is a Walmart, Whole Foods and restaurants . Garage or covered parking is comfortably close to secure entry door and elevator.
What makes this property unique
We appreciate the on-property closeness of a very good trail to walk or jog, and utilize it frequently. Our end unit is close to the elevator (which we do not hear) and is a big plus. Our neighbors are great. The views from the windows and deck/balcony are serene, mountains, Aspen trees as well as the Olympic Park. Read, play, shop, exercise in the club house fitness room, swim in the heated pool ( summer only) and relax in one of the hot tubs. Have day trips to ski slopes - many of them - Park City Main Street shopping.. Sundance.. Many places to appreciate in Salt Lake City, etc.
