We have air conditioning, heating, and outdoor furniture, this vacation home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it the ideal base for your Farmerville get away. In addition, our house is truly a treat for fishermen. Lake D' Arbonne is one of the top fishing lakes in the country and home of some of the top fishing tournaments in the US. Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Strip all used beds, fold the quilts put them aside. Put dirty linens and used towels in the laundry baskets and store them close to the front door,
Rinse w/ dish soap all used kitchen utensils( Put food particles, grease/used cooking oil in a jar put them in the trash as we don't have a garbage disposal. Load them all in the dishwasher and run it
Remove personal items, anything left in the house after check out will be in the trash. Turn off lights, turn off AC and push the lock button when you leave. Thank you!

Beautiful property on a beautiful lake. Very comfortable and roomy cottage with a nice covered porch just steps from the lake. Booked during the local watermelon festival with live music, activities, food and crafts. That was a fun experience for adults and kids in addition to the stunning lake. I definitely recommend.

Awesome location with a beautiful view overlooking the lake. The house was stocked with any amenity you might need. Mrs Laurie was great. Communication was awesome, we had an issue and Mrs. Laurie went above and beyond. Our stay was great.

Wonderful place to stay...
Great location, private but yet close enough to town and surrounding activities. Property was very well maintained, house was immaculate and stocked with everything you would ever need. Host communicated throughout our stay. Definitely planning on staying here again !!
