The stylish property located in a gated community on the "island" sleeps 8 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
A large exterior patio where you can chill w some lake view. Plenty of amenities - wifi, smart TVs with free Netflix, propane heater on the patio, Keurig coffee w/ pods, toaster, waffle maker, and towels and linens (enough for 4 beds and 4 people), a long driveway for your boat.
Other resort facilities: boat ramp, private beach, club house, pool & spa, and laundry facilities. Please contact owner for weekly, monthly and snow bird rentals.

An RV space conveniently located directly behind the premise is available for rental from Sams Beachcomer for your families and friends. Resort has 24 hour security with an office to help you check in.
You can also rent a private dock or boat slips at a cost of $10-$20+ per day, first come first serve basis.
