spider web all over deck. We pulled off couch cushion to see if it was a sleeper and it was disgusting full of hair and food. The rest of the unit was clean and we enjoyed the water pee a boo view.

Holly, thank you for your feedback, we wish you would have called immediately in regards to your cleanliness concerns. I am available and always willing to see if I can help if an issue arises. I can't take care of issues like this if I don't hear from you while you are at the home. - I called the cleaner and he assured me that they vacuum under the cushions and deck between all guests. He went over and checked and there were a few crumbs under the cushions. The deck cushions were in the box and they were clean and there were no spider webs on the deck. - He did vacuum both areas to assure they were well cleaned. We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to provide guests with the 5-star service we are known for.

Not worth the overpriced accommodations

The place would be ok at a more reasonable rate. This was a last minute reservation so we were relieved to find it. We were pleased with the gracious hospitality. The place was very clean but extremely small. No place in the bathroom to even place a toothbrush. You have to move sideways to walk to the other side of the bed. Half the closet is reserved for the owner.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Our daily rate for a standard one-bed, one-bath unit is among the lowest in this resort.- Evolve here, we do our best to set industry-competitive prices based on the property and surrounding area and use a dynamic pricing algorithm, which can fluctuate depending on the time of year or holiday season. We strive to be transparent at every stage of the booking process, so all rates and fees are broken down for travelers before they confirm their reservations. - Our unit is fully remodeled and spans 400 sq ft. The listing includes both the square footage and photos, allowing guests to assess whether the size meets their needs before booking.- In front of the bathroom sink, there is an empty drawer dedicated to storing toiletries. Additionally, there is space under the sink for storage if guests need it.- The bed is a standard queen bed without a footboard, designed to maximize space between the end of the bed and fully built-in drawers. We haven't encountered any issues with this setup, and it hasn't been a concern for any of our past guests.- We have two full-size, built-in closets in the bedroom. One is designated for our items, and the other is exclusively for guests, providing ample space with various empty hangers. Additionally, the bedroom contains a total of 12 built-in drawers in various sizes, all of which are available for guests to use.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen hohen Standard. Von daher waren wir voll zufrieden. Der Pool der Anlage ist schön,allerdings könnte man hier mehr als zwei kaputte Liegestühle hinstellen. Die Anlage selbst ist nicht sehr gut Instand gehalten. Zudem hatten wir wenige Kakerlaken in der Unterkunft, die wohl aber sonst nicht aufkommen. Es würde auch direkt ein Kammerjäger beauftragt. Trotz allem sollte dies bei dem Preis nicht vorkommen

We stayed in this terrific little home for five days. It was very clean, comfortable, and updated with nice little touches that made us feel very welcomed. Lots to do nearby and a safe neighborhood. We brought our boat, so having a dock available was a plus! Owner was extremely accommodating and helpful with advice and answering questions. Highly recommend this VBRO!!

Cozy as advertised!

Overall the trailer was as cozy as advertised. My wife was impressed with the cleanliness of the trailer particularly the appliances and barbecue. The lighting on the deck and carport were a nice touch at night. The view of the river was beautiful and the neighbors were friendly. A couple of items to note: When checking in ensure you have all documentation for your vehicles and boat. We didn't have proof of insurance for our skis (expiration date) and had to call our insurance agent to pass security Secondly if you have a large boat or (trailer in our case) parking is a little tricky as the road the trailer is located on is narrow for maneuverability, but backed in every time. Overall my family would love to come and stay again!
