LOCATION, LOCATION , LOCATION.
Panoramic view of the breath taking Lake Havasu and beautiful Lake Havasu City lights in the distance and the scenic marina, launch lines are rare. Open concept living. Views from the combined living, dining & kitchen with a large patio off the back (not just a deck). Relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and enjoy watching the boats launch in the protected marina.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located behind the guard gated community of Havasu Landing Resort & Casino. The master bedroom offers a very comfortable full size pillow top mattress with private en'suite bathroom w/strand up shower with plenty of storage. Guest room offers a full size set of bunk beds and a queen bed with 3" cool gel mattress topper & twin tucked under the bunks (4 total beds in guest room) with plenty of drawer space. The guest bath offers a tub/shower combo with travertine tile. Sleeps up to 9 comfortably.

Unit Amenities:
Large BBQ, New outdoor shower, misters & patio string lights, plenty of parking, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, cookware, dishwasher, linens, towels, beach towels, blankets, 3 hair dryers, 1 straightener, 3 TV's (1 smart TV in living room & 1 Smart TV in guest bedroom), fire pit and Free WIFI.

Our home is very clean and cozy. Offers all the essentials needed your own home would have. Just bring your tooth brush and enjoy the beautiful water views by day and the stunning sparkling city lights view by night.

Feel free to help yourself to any condiments, seasonings, coffee, first-aid essentials, storage bags, etc., in the unlocked cabinets.
