Enjoy your time in this lakeside bungalow just steps away from the beach/cove. The two deck home provides plenty of space to enjoy the view of Lake Havasu, the mountains and the sunset.

This is a 1 bedroom/1 bath bungalow located at Sam's Beachcomber Resort. There is a private boat launch that can be utilized at the resort. This one bedroom/one bath has a queen bed in the master bedroom and one sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has a patio and second story deck giving you a great view of Lake Havasu.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Used towels can be left inside the shower.
Turn off the AC, including the mini splits.
Lock all windows and door. Lock the gate and place keys back in the lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PET POLICY: Breed restrictions, no cats. House/beach towels are not to be used to clean up or dry pets. No wet dogs in the house.
No illegal activities. If we become aware of any illegal activity you will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refunds.
Please make sure to place all trash in the trash bins. Any excess cleaning can result in an additional fee.
