Very noisy. Trucks late at night hitting the speed bump a few feet away. Machine saws early in the morning and in the evening. Bed makes a LOT of noise just getting in and out, let alone any other activities. Dirty curtains and window sills triggered my allergies. Internet was slow (12mbps) then completely out the last week. Host turned it off after I complained about the noise and dirt. There was an x next to the internet name that I had been connecting too. It was miraculously available the morning I checked out. Shower does not get hot. Each burner on the stove has to be lit with a lighter every time. AC does not cool the whole place. I did not know it was an upstairs unit until after booking. I only stayed because the refund amount the host offered was not worth it. I checked out 2 days early.

My son and i had a great time and at the place we stayed at. The people are so nice n friendly. The place was clean and nice we felt like we where at home being down here. Love san juan old city. There a lot of good food spots to go eat at. The ladnlord was very nice and really helped me out. Beautiful scenery the forrest. Theres a museum down the road. San juan is only like 20 mins away the ocean was great fish swimming between your legs and its so cool. We had fun my son and I. When i come again with a friend. No kids ill have even more fun. Lol. But the place was very clean nice looking we had a nice stay. Thank you for letting us stay here.

Simple and Sweet

This cute little apartment is a simple place to stay. It was perfect for just 2 people. We enjoyed walking to the bakery and cafe in the mornings. The topical sounds outside our window was relaxing at night.

Local, clean, and comfy

I had an excellent stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, intimate, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to many restaurants and shops as well as El museo del Niño. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Vacation in Puerto Rico

The place was an old building and did not have an electrical outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom. The bedroom also has one electric outlet for the air conditioner. We stayed for 9 days, and the owner only provided 2 bath towels.

Lamento muchos sus comentarios desacertados ya que en cuanto a los receptáculos en el cuarto hay 2 y en el baño hay 1 y lo de las toallas no es cierto eran 3 toallas y si necesitabas más podía haberlo dicho y no esperar a irse para luego escribir de esta manera , ciertamente no es una casa nueva tiene sus años pero está en buen estado y con todo lo necesario , además usted sabe que encontró todo bien limpio y ordenado , debería ser más juiciosa a la hora de hacer una reseña justa.

Weekend Getaway

Nice space for two people. Esaul was a very good host, we met him on our first day in SJ, so he was accessible if needed. We didn't have any problems with the property at all. It was in a good location, close to the airport, and most of the major attractions in the city.

The place is great neighbors not so much

I lost a lot of sleep during my stay. Neighbors kids constantly crying like they were in severe pain starting from 3a-6a every night, adults arguing and Endless dirt bikes up and down the road after 12a. Our stay was from a Tuesday - Friday. That is the only reason for 3 stars. Other than that The host and place were great.

Es importante cuando se escribe una reseña decir todos los hechos los cuales usted no ha hecho y usted estaba pidiendo un reembolso de una estadía luego de usar la propiedad y por decisión suya sin ninguna excusa válida pretendía que se le devolviera el dinero y el cual lo pidió 1 semana después de irse de la propiedad es importante decir que nunca le he negado a nadie un reembolso siempre y cuando esté dentro de las políticas establecidas y aún así he hecho excepciones , pero no luego de usar y sin excusa pretender que se le devuelva el dinero

Just a shell

I had to buy dish soap, trash bags, paper towels ,toilet paper. A/C was to small for the whole apartment, WIFI was so slow it wasn’t worth trying to use it. It is no where near a beach without a car. It’s just a shell.

Me da mucha pena sus comentarios y si las bolsas de basura y el papel toalla y el de baño que habían al momento de usted llegar a el apartamento pudo pedir más pero si no lo hizo y luego escribe para dejar malos comentarios me parece injusto , pero no dice en las condiciones que usted dejó el apartamento que inclusive las comidas que dejó ni tan siquiera pudo botarlas en el zafa con que tenía al frente de la puerta de salida y dejó todo prendido y sumamente sucio , parece como si nunca se hubieran quedado en un hospedaje , parece mentira que luego de esto se les ocurra ser tan desconsiderados en dejar este tipo de comentario me da mucha pena por ustedes

Lamento mucho sus comentarios lo cual le falta a la verdad ya que la propiedad siempre tuvo Wifi lo que pasa es que usted por alguna razón desconectó el router que está en la sala y por tal razón la señal no le iba a llegar , hablando del parking usted se comunicó Y al momento se procedió a darle un espacio en el estacionamiento , no entiendo sus comentarios , gracias
