Enjoy your time in sunny Florida in this 3-1 home. Newly renovated for our guests to enjoy. Includes the use of private swimming pool. We welcome your pets with their own shaded and Privacy Fenced back yard. Enjoy walks on the famous Riverwalk where you can watch the yachts cruise by on the intercoastal waterway and bike to Canal Street for the weekly festivities or your favorite restaurants.
Edgewater, Florida is a community nestled alongside the Indian River, adjacent to the famous Indian River Lagoon. We are an Intracoastal waterfront community.
Edgewater has 24 plus square miles with over 150 acres of parks. The City has a beautiful River walk, great for walking, jogging or biking , which winds along the Intracoastal Waterway. We have walking trails, paddling trails, fishing, boating, and bird watching.
The best beach town in Florida "New Smyrna Beach" is just 4 blocks way.
George R. Kennedy Memorial Park amenities include improved boat launching ramps, boat trailer parking, fishing pier/ Gazebo , free Internet WIFI, pavilions and picnic tables.
This park has restrooms. Located at 103 N Riverside Dr. Our intercoastal public boat ramp is 8 blocks away.
The Menard-May Park amenities include playground equipment, volleyball court, pavilion with picnic tables, grills, fishing pier and a primitive boat launch.

Edgewater Paddling Trails The City of Edgewater is a Blueway Community identified by the Florida Paddling Trails Association. ALL FROM LAUNCH POINT MENARD-MAY PARK; located at 413 S. Riverside Drive, Edgewater, FL 32132. Be sure to wear life jacket and bring an emergency signaling device such as a plastic whistle per U.S. Coast Guard and State Law. Always cross the ICW in a tight knit group and be sure to paddle close to the islands and be careful as you paddle any of the deep water channels used by power boats for safety

The house was cute and looked just as the pictures show. The back yard was our favorite place to relax at the end of the day with the privacy fence it is a beautiful area. The plants they have growing are also a plus as it adds to the appeal. The pool is nice however we didn't get time to get in as we stayed for the holidays and was also visiting family. Would definitely stay again as the host was friendly and great to talk to. Thank you again for a great stay and a nice home.

Riverwalk stay

Cute house, cute neighborhood, great location! It was lovely to have our dog with us. Host Marty is super responsive and helpful. We needed a propane tank for the grill and it was provided right away. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is well equipped and there’s an awesome new washer/dryer. Need to provide own supplies: paper products, soaps, detergents, etc. We had a great stay and would def come back!
